The hotel was clean and our room was very nice. Issues: The shower had very low water pressure in the mornings. You might be better taking evening showers. |For breakfast I was served burnt bacon. The person serving it passed up bacon that was cooked properly to give me 4 pieces that were burnt and uneatible.

I applaud you on a wonderful workforce. All of your staff has been so kind and welcoming. My stay was from Sunday to Thursday and everyone made my stay very pleasant and relaxing. My interaction with Adela and the rest of the breakfast staff was always so positive and uplifting and a wonderful way to start my day.

The hotel is everything that you would expect from Embassy. The office personnel are friendly and the hotel was kept immaculately. However, I have never been spoken to so rudely or treated so poorly as I was by one of the ladies wearing the green hotel jacket at the overflow food area during lunch on Thursday. All that I asked for was a handful of fries without salt because I have heart failure and was rudely told that it would not be done because the hotel was already losing money on the conference that was there at the time. Coincidentally, my husband is the one writing the check to pay the bill for the conference.

Stayed here for a wedding that was split between Prairie View and Dallas area. The hotel was perfect for my family and we got to enjoy an evening in downtown Denton. The service is excellent for the happy hour and breakfast that started the long days. The only thing this place is missing is a hot tub, but I would definitely recommend if you need a place in Denton.

We've traveled a lot and stayed in many nice hotels, but this was undoubtedly THE BEST overall ever.||Facilities were great, spacious, spotless. EVERY staff member from front desk, housekeeping, food service, servers, breakfast crew, etc was friendly, and very efficient and enthusiastic about their work. ||In addition to staying in a room (4 nights) we had an event in their conference center area, including a buffet dinner and a sit down dinner- bout were great. Also rooms for educational sessions and another for product displays. Set up for these were trouble free, everything worked the first time, and requested refreshments on time and hot/cold.||Free breakfast had great choices and they have it set up to efficiently and rapidly feed the guests. (Figure about 20 minutes from starting down the line to finished eating. Great selection of cooked to order eggs/omelettes, buffet line, fruit, waffles, beverages, etc. As with everything else, the workers were great.||This property and its great people deserve special recognition by Hilton as a superstar exceeding their usual high standards.

They are racist to my mother's boyfriend who is a Mexican and the staff on the front have been looking at my mom's boyfriend and making faces twords him. The hotel was okay and all and there are drunk people who go to the pool at 11 or 12 pm. Although the staff are great but the racist people are the ones that you would have to register the room with. They have also cancelled my mother's pay because we have stayed for an extended period of time and they have gave her the cash back and we had to go back in person to show the card because we were headed back home which is 9 to 10 hours away. The TV was already scratched when we got to the hotel room if we had gotten charged because of that we would have been upset but thankfully we have not been charged yet. They have also had security take pictures of our car and when we were at the indoor pool they have also taken pictures of us which is very unnecessary considering that they did not ask for permission.

We were pleasantly suprised by this hotel. Very up kept and clean. Although it is almost a decade old you’d think they just opened. The staff here are incredibly helpful and kind. They have a nice little splash pad by the pool that my son enjoyed. The breakfast was excellent and the room was huge.

Hotel was amazing and the rooms were very spacious. The only reason why I'm giving it a 3 star is because we had a very bad interaction with a bartender named MARLA. I repeat MARLA she was very rude to my husband and I and did not want to give us the complimentary drinks because we didn't have a room key even though we explained that we were staying in the hotel for a group of 3. The rest of the bar staff was amazing but MARLA had the ugliest attitude and made our experience at the bar horrible. Even with MARLA because the problem the other bartenders apologized on HER behalf and gave us coupons to the restaurant downstairs. How embarrassing for staff members to have to do that on someone else's behalf. Very sweet gesture.
