I dont like doing this But this place is hell on earth They put their own policies handy written on the wall none of them make any sense because the lady at the front desk is a real theft,she over charged my card and a week later i m still expecting the refund,i called she was rude and give attitude to me she hang up on me. The rooms are not that comfortable 😕 water may stop on u while showering,Ac on room 146 fix on 80°f hot or cold u cant change it Bed is floppy and be carefull for bed bugs.hold school tv not smart no casting allows.DC plug limited.animals like cats and dog on the parking lot making noise all night. Truck engine idling at the middle of night. hidden cameras everywhere.door cant lock from outside properly even its pretend to be locked if push it hard it will reopen.i experienced all that recently i purchased a weekly stay i only get to that place at night just to sleep i rather stay at the fast food place during it safer and fun than spend my days constantly at this place. U get rub easily by the front desk and cleaning crew i m trying to prevent you please look somewhere else my experience was not good i dont want u experience that as well.

I have been living here 10 months and have found it overall to be nice. The owners take care of things immediately, have always been nice and pleasant. The price is good, property is always clean. I would recommend Beverly Crest to anyone

I regret getting a room here. The fridge had no shelves and the drawers were fake. I forgot my credit card and they wanted me to pay them to get it back! Way overpriced for what you get. No water in the pool either.

Not happy. Didn’t have as much money on my card as I thought and she said she doesn’t take partial payment. Told me she canceled the payment but the charge is on my account anyways. Wouldn’t work with me on returning it. Guess they took what they could from me and ran but never gave me any room. Not happy Update: Been trying to go through my card company as a fraudulent charge since I didn’t receive services for the money they took. Tried calling the hotel again they said since there was a charge I had a room when I didn’t. Seriously a messed up company. Time to call the better business bureau

Negative!! Roach motel. Broken bed. Only 2 light/lamps worked. Smells of old rancid smoke. When I went to ask for a refund, they refused. Would not give me a different room either. Negligent in all aspects. Would not recommend anybody go there. Will be filing a complaint Monday Morning. Walked in saw the disaster of the room and walked out immediately. Worst of the worst.

The lady in the front desk was very rude and she didn't take my reservation and charged me regular price and I left a deposit and she didn't return it to me o only was there for 2 days .and she yelled at me cuz I had visit over and my sisters dog and insulted me that pets weren't allowed and told me that if I knew how to read and I told her yea and she said well it doesn't look like it cuz my sister's dog was visiting and she also called the cops that My kids were home alone and it was my 11 year old playing with his cousins outside and she wS very rude and cussing. No respect and told me that I can't go back.
