Colonia Motor Hotel

The space of the room was very large and can easily fit in the closet space 2-3 really large suitcases and a few gym bags on the closet shelf. I actually was able to sleep through noise for the traffic from the street. I also liked the colors of the Hotel which is currently under new management and currently being renovated it is Two floors in a L shape which has a very large parking lot.

Ive stayed here off and on for over 5 years. It's quiet, near the bus lines. Staff is great. I was hospitalized and couldn't pay my rent on time. I've always stayed current with my rent up until I got sick. The owner didn't want me to go work to pay her the rent owed "oh you're too sick to work". But I can be sleeping outside sick. I love the staff but this woman is too dam greedy. Rent is $160 a week. I've been paying $280 a week because I've had to pay it daily. She's made $120 extra a week off of me for the last month. I've over paid $500+ dollars and she's worried about $160? Please...

i stayed here for 1 night a very long time ago and please do not take your kids and pets here, it is dangerous, filthy, and health hazard!!! take your pets and kids somewhere better please... rooms are filled with blood and feces, and windows are broken!!!! seriously not safe for anyone!!!

They violate people's rights that are handicapped. They don't fix anything, this is the poorest place to rent. Hardly anything works, cockroaches, bedbugs,etc.they are greedy and they don't care about their guests. My wife and I are handicapped, and my wife is quadraplegic, they are evicting us because I called the city about bedbugs. It's overrated, and they charge too much for nothing. I have been here six years, and I totally regret it. This is no place for anyone to be. I would not recommend this place for anyone. It's like the Bates motel from psycho.

This is a budget hotel with daily/weekly/monthly rates. The staff are polite and professional. The room had been cleaned and there was no sign of roaches or bed bugs. Linen was clean and bed was comfortable. That said, it's an old place and badly in need of remodeling. Carpet was stained, sink had cigarette burns, windows aren't very secure, and walls need to be repainted. Air conditioning works, cable TV included (without remote). Okay place for a working man in bad need of sleep but if your girl is a princess, skip it.

Horrible, but I was falling asleep and had to stop. Filthy room with no soap to wash it take a shower. Slept on towels on the bed hoping not to catch something. And they require a cash deposit. Like your going to take something from them. No fire detector for a reason. See photos.

They wanted to rent me a room wit no water! They said it would be on in two hours, I was tired and wanted to lay my head down, so I asked- If there is no water in the morning, do I get my money back? They said no. Scammers! It must be illegal to rent a hotel room without water. Stay away!

The old lady is rude. To much drama and troubles. The bedding smelt of cat piss and had blood on the sheets. The tvs don't work. Their was dust and cat toys under the bed & the ice bucket was filthy. The shower didn't even work.
