The service and amenities at this hotel are consistently outstanding. We always choose to stay here when visiting El Paso. The rooms and views are charming, and the service never fails to impress—especially the bellhops, who go above and beyond. We hardly have to lift a finger; it truly feels like a five-star experience that leaves a lasting impression. My only complaint is that late checkout requests can only be made the morning of. According to my IHG app, members can request a 2 PM checkout, but we were informed that they had reached capacity for late checkouts. I also wish the rooms had mini-fridges. Other than that, this hotel is highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

West side of hotel overlooking the pool area and bar is incredibly noisy. You can clearly hear everything happening on the patio area, even from the 10th floor. On weekends they have very loud music and a DJ until very late at night. Fortunately, I was able to move to the other side of the hotel to avoid exposure to that, but still had to hear loud guests in the hallways until 3AM. The hotel asks you to sign a "noise waiver" when you check in, but it isn't really clear just how loud it might be. The shower water temperature is also unpredictable. It might be ice cold, barely luke warm, or perfectly hot. I stayed for 5 nights and couldn't find any pattern to it. It seems both of these things are common in the reviews for this hotel. These two things are a shame because the rooms are very nice, the beds are comfortable, the amenities are good, and it is a good location. The first floor restaurant and bar were good. Just get rid of the DJ sets and fix the hot water.

The facilities were great, with a modern take on an older vibe. Most of the staff were great. Planning an event is stressful as is and with the lack of communication with their sales proved more stressful than necessary. Issues with the conference room went unaddressed (a leak in the middle of the space) for two days of our conference. The space was never cleaned other than the last day of the conference. The restaurant was understaffed and overly stressed out. The hotel rooms were nice and front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful, just be mindful if you're planning an event there, the space is really questionable.

This hotel was one of the best hotel stays we have had in years. The room was very comfortable and quiet with a great view, extremely comfortable bed, generous shower, plenty of lighting, a reading chair and friendly staff. IF we ever came back through El Paso we would definitely stay at the Indigo Hotel.

It's probably one of the best hotels in El Paso. I personally wasn't a fan of all the colors and decorations in the room, it was too much for my taste. The 5th floor with the pool, bar, and check in desk is beautiful. Front desk staff is incredible! And valet parking is $21 for overnight.

Nicest staff between here and Orlando! I came in from a very long road trip, tired, dirty, stinky, and disheveled. Dave the concierge welcomed me and was very warm, patient, kind, and communicative with me. William checked me in and was very friendly, upbeat, and professional. Sergio aka KGB helped me get some things from my car and he was so fast and friendly and just a really neat guy. My bed was among the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Perfectly dark and quiet as well. With the lights on, the room has a great aesthetic. Hardwood floors are great at a pet friendly hotel. The room was spacious and clean. If you forced me to come up with one negative thing about my experience, I will say the bathroom is very slippery after a shower. 10/10 great experience.

From the moment we arrive we are always treated like family. Every time I get a warm welcome from Dave or Diego. Both of them make sure to ask about my flight into town or how my day went. My Bags are instantly whisked away and are later found place nicely into my room. Every morning they ask about my plans and ask about how the day went when I return. When I check in William or Hayden recognize me and make sure anything I need for my stay is taken care of no matter the time.William went above to make sure I was able to check into my favorite room and Hayden was quick to recommend great dinner ideas and take care of that extra blanket I ended up needing at 2am.It is rare I ever have an issue here but if anything arises the desk staff takes care of it without question. Last but not least the hotel parking attendants make coming "home" every night amazing. Hector stands out every trip. Every time I pull up he is there to see how my day went and ask about what my next day holds. This whole establishment is filled with people that genuinely care and make me having to come back to my home town something I look forward to. Thank you Hotel Indigo.

This is my third or fourth time staying at Hotel Indigo downtown El Paso, and I definitely plan on staying again! I love everything about this hotel: the location, staff, rooms, cleanliness, great bar and restaurant, awesome pool, excellent views, and all of the great amenities offered. I've stayed in several other hotels in downtown El Paso, but this one is by far my favorite. The entire staff, from the GM to the front desk to the bar/restaurants, to housekeeping, and valet parking... every single person I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful and professional and actually cares about their guests. That says a lot these days for sure! So kudos to all, well done! Thank you all and see you again soon.
