Nice place and amenities. However, the shower water is warm to cold. No microwave and no coffee in room. The toilet paper is literally 4 feet away from the toilet. Bare floors with no rug. Ok it it were not $200 a night.

Very pleased. I travel for work and average 3 nights a week in hotels. Very clean room with simple amenities. Good water pressure in the shower. Complimentary breakfast was available until 10:00 so I didn't feel rushed in the morning.

We moved across the country and stayed here one night. Price was good, location was okay, rooms were clean. And front desk person Kathleen was very nice and very accomodating. We had nice stay here. The neighborhood was little sketchy but the front desk let us park the car in VIP parking spot infront of the office so we felt safer about the parking spot.

The room was mediocre. The bathroom was the worst. The bathroom towel had hair on it...YUK. The shower gel bottle ALSO had hair on it..YUK. The bath towels are REAL thin..No good

Stayed here 1/12/2025 car was broken into. Arrived at midnight woke up at 4am to start the drive, within the 4 hours everything was stolen out of the car.. Front desk person was absolutely ZERO help, didn’t want to provide me the managers number, the property only has one camera that covers the front door ONLY. Don’t stay here unless you want cold coffee and your car broken into

Imagine being stuck in Elevator #1 for ONE & 1/2 hours at 1:00 in the morning no less. It happened!! The desk clerk, Clau, said policy is to not contact owner Yash Patel, OR either of TWO managers, Melissa Lopez or asst mgr Monica Flores. Policy is you are stuck there until clerk finds a technician. If you have to pee, ‘just use a corner, they have sanitizer and a mop’!! After two unsuccessful resets of system, clerk tried finding a technician who would climb out of bed. It took calling 3 different technicians to find one to help. 30 minute wait after that. But no worries, they have a fire person available on site who Clau said he could contact if no technician was found. 1 & 1/2 hours standing, sitting, laying on the cold floor when your paid for room is waiting on you. Lucky 911 was not called and told to bring jaws of life due to clostophobia. I am and it could happen!! I’d make sure those elevators, particularly #1 is fixed before another unaware CUSTOMER who isn’t as patient and understanding as my son was gets stuck. As a mother, personally I lost hours of sleep waiting for his release and mulling over the happenings after the fact. Putting it nicely, please service your equipment.

pros and cons Pros • Excellent customer service! I had a moving truck and trailer I was worried about and they had me park it right in front of the front desk so it would be safe all night. • THEY HAVE FREE COOKIES IN THE LOBY • The location is in walking distance too many places to eat. • The location feels safe • The pool is clean and updated • The lobby is very family friendly with a pool table and games for everyone. There was even a birthday party in the lobby the following morning. • they lave lots of treats for sale if you want them • The breakfast is good • The parking lot was full of cop cars so if you’re a criminal I’d suggest you find a different place 😂 they were staying the night not answering a call. It felt safe knowing they were there and they felt it was a good place to stay too. ❤️ Cons • The refrigerator in the room is terribly small • there is no freezer in the tiny fridge BUT the front desk let me use their freezer. • the rooms did not have a microwave. But there was a microwave in the main lobby that you could use.

Savannah is the best, she always proves to go above and beyond, and provides excellent Customer Services each time we are in town. She has a great personality. Thank you for everything.
