Quality Inn Airport East

This is my third hotel in El Paso in a month. This is by far the better of the three I’ve stayed at. The hotel is clean, the room does not smell like cigarettes and the front desk staff was kind, knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. I wanted a room near my car! This is where I will stay from now on. It’s close to the airport and if you give them a review, you get a 15% discount off your rate.

The first room we were assigned had hair & crumbs in the bed. We were assigned a new room. In the morning (7:30 AM) someone else was assigned to the room we were sleeping in. Nothing like waking up to someone trying to break into your room. Thank goodness we had the door locked because the security guard hardware that prevents the door from opening all the way is missing (on both rooms). The shower didn't work, like no water came out of the shower. The tub floor was dirty. Then the front desk comes banging on the door. DON'T STAY HERE!

More like a LOW QUALITY INN! - Unpleasant experience in our personal opinion. We arrived at the hotel and outside it looked so beat down and we immediately knew it was gonna be worse inside. Have a look a these pictures- BLOOD STAIN on the blankets AND a Cigarette burn on a Non-smoking room. To top it all off the room had the following: dirty floor, dirty hairdryer, no toilet paper, no towels, no tissue paper, remote controller not working, card key issues, clogged bathtub, shower malfunction and PLUS the breakfast had a poor selection. Not a family friendly hotel it smelled like skunk from other rooms. Good Luck booking here if you plan on a great quality stay.

The most disgusting and horrible experience. The rooms are filthy and there's roaches and mold. Original room had a power shortage so had to move rooms. Second room was just as bad. Holes in the walls and room smelled like dirt. The bat tub was disgusting and was only given 2 towels. Was woken up at 1am by police banging on door from room next door and loudly yelling for someone by the name of Ricky to give himself up because he was a wanted fugitive. This ordeal went on for 2 hours. My son has autism and was woken up by the whole situation which caused him to become agitated and lead to a complete melt down. There's weird people walking around and hanging out in the parking lot while drinking beer, which made me feel very unsafe. I couldn't wait for there to be light outside so I could grab my things and just leave. Before leaving I did take my son to grab something from the so called free continental breakfast and it was a huge disappointment. All they had out was cereal and muffins and coffee. Please do not stay there! I booked through choice and I will be making a complaint with them as well. I have pictures and I feel I deserve a full refund.

Positive: Desk clerk was very friendly. Room was clean. Negative: Nothing overall wrong with the hotel. Not a luxury resort. Wouldn't plan a vacation around staying there; but if all you need is a one night break from driving all day, it fits the bill. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower.

From the moment we walked in, I knew we should have gone somewhere else. They wanted to charge double the online price and advertised price on the marquis. Once I booked online, I hoped things were good. We went into the room and it smelled like Cheech and Chong stayed in the room before us. After traveling many years with a family of five, we have learned to bring an air spray for those moments when the air turns foul. We sprayed and went to find dinner. My mistake. I should have asked for a different room. We returned, and it smelled like a floral Cheech and Chong party. No remote for the TV. I went to the desk and Michelle gave me a remote saying that they walked off a lot. The remote did not work. We went old school and changed channel by hand. No tissues, no coffee pot, tp on the roll was almost gone, and I legit had to ask how to turn the shower on. I felt like I was going to pull the shower out of the wall. Many have had great experiences here, and I am sure ours was just a blip, but wish we would have stayed elsewhere or at least asked for a different room.

Most disgusting place! I got a room sheets where ripped. So they put us in another room. Stans on the under sheets. Could not go on the balcony because bird crap all over. I would had left but I had a cocktail. I don't drink & drive. So disappointed! I have pictures wish I could share them. Now the sink is back up. I asked for a refund and they said no cuz they gave us another room. But yet it's just as bad. DON'T STAY HERE!

The rooms had a couple small issues, like duct tape holding the curtains together. But the people are great. The breakfast is good. The AC works wonderfully. I would stay here again.
