NO, keep going. Needs updating 100%. Stained lamp shades. Holes in curtains. Stained carpets. Pool is not heated and door handle is broken and all taped up. Workers made white foot prints all over the elevator and common area floors. Coffee maker doesn't work, neither did second one. Remote was missing from room.. didn't even stay for breakfast, packed up and left.

The front desk staff was nice, but the hotel needs I lot of work and some effort put into cleaning and fixing up the room. The rooms are very dirty not vaccum well, the walls were dirty and the doors did not close and lock right. We checked out a week ago and still have not received our damage deposit back into our account.. we have tried to call the hotel number over and over and no one picks up. Bad customer service. We were from out of town can't just drive back to see what is going on. Very disappointed since we work hard for every dollar .

There is a reason why there is so many bad reviews Absolutely a horrible hotel to stay at. Dirty carpets, a/c doesn’t work, absolutely hot in the room, like a hotbox Dirty bathrooms. Front desk is very rude , they wouldn’t answer their phone. Even though he was down in the office so went down to let them know the A/C isn’t working. And the managers solution was well, we will give you a refund, and you can leave. As if it is our fault their equipment doesn’t work

Hotel was not very clean, elevator has definitely seen better days. 1st room wreaked of cigarette smoke and the toilet had a severe leak everyone you'd flush. Was moved rooms, 2nd room still smelled of smoke, not as bad luckily. We showered with sandals because the shower was not very clean. Pool area wasnt very clean either. The ladder to exit the pool was barely hanging on, and looked rusty. Husband and I were worried about waking up with bed bugs. If room was refundable we would've stayed somewhere else. Extreme lack of care in the hotel for cleanliness and maintenence.

I think I would have better accommodation in the county jail. This place is the epitome of a dump. The locks don't work. holes in the walls, not all electrical sockets work, sparks came out of the blow dryer, no frig in room, pool is ice cold because it is broken but they won't fix it. Every day, we kept getting more disappointed. Could not close curtains. Missing some light bulbs on lamps

This hotel sucks. I booked a room and when i got to the hotel i was given a room that already had people inside. When i went to get another hotel room they didnt have any rooms left. They said they would give a refund in 3-5 business days. Its been a month and every time i call they say to call back monday after 9. If you dont want to get robbed for your money dont book here

The bed was fine and comfortable the well and the bathroom shower was NOT cleaned there was 3 piles of long hair on the shower wall that's disgusting to see 🤢 and some left a bar soap on the sink they didn't throw that way We will never spend the night there again and we did tell the manger also so in our other room the air conditioner work on low very hot in there

I booked two rooms with king beds and they did not keep the reservation. I arrived and received just one room with king bed and one with two twin beds. My room was rug dirty with many stains, walls had liquid stain spills and was just dirty. Had to get room keys programmed everyday because they would not stay programmed for both rooms. Fire safety horrible as both smoke detectors were not functional. One was missing in one room and in my room it there but not connected and half off ceiling. Staff was did for the most part did kinda address needs except the room issue seemed like they had no care. The pool was closed also not useable. Must a shortage of light bulbs as the hallways were kinda dark and room lights well mostly worked. I won’t be back here again for sure.
