La Quinta Inn by Wyndham El Paso West

I love the privacy, love the cleanliness the staff at the front desk counter, they make everybody feel at ease and Most of them are fluent in Spanish and English the morning breakfast is superior by far from what I've had at other hotel chains. The one in La Quinta is by far the best. The room did not have that musky hotel smell. It had this fresh sent made me feel like I wasn't even at a hotel. This is my third time staying here definitely will be coming back.

Breakfast was a bit concerning they have a pitcher for the milk they should just have milk cartons to make it more sanitary. No eggs, sausage, or bacon for the breakfast just waffles and cereal. Very lack luster breakfast. They also never refill the cranberry, apple or orange juice. Even upon request. The room was perfectly fine and comfortable I just wish there was a vent or a vent button to air out the steam or bathroom smells. Honestly very good location since everything else is around it and convenient. Check in and out was easy! This would be a perfect budget hotel if the breakfast had a little more management into it.

I had used the online check in thinking I'd just pick up my card and go to my room. Didn't work out that way. There was a long line in the lobby when I arrived with only one agent at the desk. I was in line from 4:15 pm to about 4:30 pm. Then when I got my key it didn't work. The door lock scanner was dead. They got me another room so finally got into the room by 4:50 pm. Other than that my stay was good. Nice clean room. The staff are friendly just have to be patient when only one agent is covering check in. Very convenient to access I 10 as well.

Ok rooms smelled bad! No hot water so not able to take a shower. Our truck was parked IN VIEW of the front door and office. It got broken into and everything we had was stolen! When I asked the front desk about cameras outside the said that they didn't have any. Just the ones inside. Didn't show any care or concerns that our vehicle was broken into. And by the looks of it they took their time. Do your self a favor and stay at the red roof in next to it!

This is the worst Wyndham LaQuinta I've ever stayed in. I don't downgrade my reviews for fun. Follow me and see. But this one was not clean. Hardly anything worked. The attendant changed my room and was about to change a second time but they were all the same. Wyndham needs to ensure all their hotels maintain standards.. I nearly sat on a nail in the chair. Positive: Nothing, it was dirty , the towels were old and had holes in them. The manager was rude , he ignored my complaint and wouldn?t give me a refund Negative: Everything was bad . My room was right off the freeway , couldn?t sleep because of the loud noises . The manager heard my complaint but said he couldn?t do anything.

I would leave 0 stars I called regarding a booking and the front desk hung up on me mid sentence. I drove to the hotel and the front desk woman was clearly not interested in my concern. What has happened to the Wynham chain it used to be so well run.

I have stayed at several different La Quina brand hotels in the past. There are only two things I can think of that I can say are positives; the breakfast was decent and housekeeping brought a plunger for the toilet in a timely manner. The room was rundown. The bathroom door frame had nicks, dings, and holes, and there was a spider in the shower. The toilet flush was so slow that it clogged. The outside was unclean and just looked sad. I will never stay here again! Drive a little further and find a better place to stay.
