Motel 6 El Paso, TX - West

I was on vacation with my cousin and we went to visit family, but we were kind of stressed out. Luckily, I was attended by Monique at the front desk, she was very considerate and condice with everything. She helped me navigate and get through my registration process. She was wonderful with answering my questions and giving me all the information about my room. She helped us destress and she made everything easier for us and it was easy for us to trust and know we were at a good place. Her costumer service was excellent she showed us she really cared about her job

Clean, safe, and convenient location. We stayed 5 nights while visiting family on the west side. I often stay at Motel 6 while traveling, because we have dogs, and this one was one of the best that we’ve ever stayed at. Incredible value for $45/night. Not shady or dirty.

This is genuinely the best Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at. The staff (especially Betty) is super friendly and helpful, the location is great and totally safe, it feels really safe, and it was totally clean and comfortable. No complaints at all!

Room smelled absolutely disgusting like an ashtray. Staff was nice I would give them a four star. Unfortunately the room was so disgusting. I was nauseous after checking out in the morning breathing in old cigarette smoke from the rooms filter all night. Nasty 🤢. Only reason I stayed it was nonrefundable as I booked through a third-party company. Lesson learned.

I travel for work and this motel 6 should be standard for all motel 6's Betty and the girls are friendly, professional, and the rooms are spotless if I could give more than 5 stars I would, keep up the good work ladies you kick ass

For the price I can handle seeing a few roaches and having an extra small room. I’ve slept on softer rocks than the mattress they have! Seriously who thought that using extra extra extra firm beds was a good idea???

I attempted to stay here a Night with my family but within less than an hour, it was apparent that there was no way we could stay a whole night. As soon as the shower was turned on, black stuff started to come out of the cracks. The room was extremely stuffy and dusty. Once looking more around the room, I noticed the air unit was disgustingly covered in dust, a dried on white substance and just other stains. The front desk was helpful and I was thankfully able to get a refund. Definitely not a clean place to bring your kids to.

Everything was great! Perfect overnight stay while on the road. Small rooms (which was fine). Clean bathroom with plenty of towels, microwave, decent-sized fridge, TV. Everything was great. My only "complaint" is that only was one person to check us in when we arrived. The line to get checked in was 5 people deep at least. Took us an hour to get checked in. At night and in the heat, that was very inconvenient. That being said, the woman behind the counter was professional, kind, efficient, hardworking, and cheerful. She could not have done a better job. Overall a very good experience! I'd stay there again in a heart beat.
