.you will be audited by the tax office and health and human services will be going to do inspections. You should be ashamed of yourself charging for such a deplorable place. You don't even have housekeepers !!! I cleaned my own room which gives me tnsnt rights. Sad your the one er but don't know the laws. Does two officers are going to be canceled and disciplined for trying to enforce an illegal eviction I've already spoken to their Sergeant this morning the Constable will also be making contact with you and letting you know that what you did with illegal and I will be taking you to court you should have just gave me my $600 which the state is going to give me anyways but you will be fine and audited 10% for every violation funny how you gave the white man $300 to move when he complained about the Wi-Fi but when it comes to me the black woman you call the cops on me because your manager is a liar he also propositioned me and he did not start having an issue with me until I denied his proposition I'll also be contacting the fire department for the fact that there's not one firealarm smoke detector or fire extinguisher on the property. You definitely picked the right one. And please stop lying the police did not remove me sweetheart I removed myself voluntarily thank you very much and thank you for proving what a dishonest person you really are

If you are looking for a decent place, this isn't the one. That being said the good reviews lied. You have a bed tv lights heater microwave and mini fridge and restroom. However, the bed I slept in the cover wasn't cleaned. The tv didn't work. There is no wall light switch, your switches are on the lamp base. Minus the bathroom light and vanity light . I didn't see any updates. It's super loud from listening to outside. Not sure what loud bang I kept hearing a truck , dumpster... Who knows. I'd love to see updates and this family owned business motel in it's prime. But that might be a lifetime.

I thought for the price it was exceptional and enjoyed it very much. I rented by the week but the housekeeping freshened up the room usually five times a week. The mattress was new, thick, clean with very soft sheets. The WiFi was very fast and I had no issue. The television was a big flat-screen with a good selection of both English and Spanish channels. I was extremely impressed and the only thing that would have been nice would have been a microwave, it already had a fridge. It was far quieter than I thought it would be. I heard nothing at night except for maybe loud car or truck from Mesa Road which is a across a well-lighted medium-sized parking lot. The hotel is situated at the end of a lot away from the street. There was zero rowdy guests at their hotel in the three weeks I was there. I felt safe in the area also. In the 3 weeks I was there there was not one rowdy guest. The neighborhood is very decent but a busy The location is close to lots of shopping, grocery stores, restaurants. There is a major express bus route that runs very frequently right outside the hotel. Certainly not a luxury hotel with all the bells and whistles, but for the extreme bargain weekly rate that they charged for the weeks I was there it was excellent and I highly recommend to travelers looking for a very quiet motel.

Friendly attendant at the front desk and the beds are comfortable. They have a mini fridge in each room as well as a microwave and DirectTV for TV entertainment. Overall good service.

Great place to stay for an affordable price! Very quiet and comfortable. Nice TV with lots of channels. Stayed here while my apartment was being prepared and I have zero complaints! They are awesome and provide a great place to stay.

Large room and lovely bathroom. TONS of closet space ! Large crushed mattress. Very soft very comfortable

This is an extremely filthy place. They will not return your money if you want to cancel and the son of a manager works there, and he has a very bad attitude is extremely rude and a very bad person.

So k.....not very clean or tidy....but at least you can check in at 8 in the morning and get 24 hours in it.....good place if your wanting to party and take a girl if your not trying to wine and dine her....
