Cozy Condo, Galveston Seawall, Gulf View

Very shady operation being ran here. I booked through booking.com and was forced to cancel due to the delta variant. I’ve tried every phone number on the web for these guys and no one has answered or even had a voicemail saying you have reached the property! Booking.com is now on the hook for trying to get my money back, they paid me back in full. I wish them luck! Another thing that makes this place feel like a scam is the fact my credit card was charged by an entirely different company than cozy cove.

Absolutely loved!! So clean and pretty, way better than a hotel any day. We've gone to Galveston the last 7 years and this was top of our list stays,will definitely book our same condo again.The pools and hot tubs were great too. Our view of the ocean was wonderful.Chris and Tiffanie were easy to work with and have a great place!!

I’m sure the property is great but we booked this property through agoda and had a last minute Covid scare so wanted to change our dates so we could get tested. Agoda immediately we’re trying to help us to either change the dates or get a refund and as of September 29th the property still hasn’t responded. I would like to know who’s running this place if anyone is. How are you not able to answer back when we’d been trying to contact them up to the booking date to change it. Disgraceful. Will not be staying at such an unprofessional and unaccomadating Property again. Service is your industry and you failed.

It's called the Victorian. The Condo is pretty nice. Paid for 2 nights and it was only about 150.00 a night. There wasn't a washer or dryer in the room, like the description of amenities said and they didnt have paper towels, extra toilet paper. The room is about a 5 min walk from the ocean and it is nice.

Great location and an amazing price. We used a vacation rental site Vacasa. We had a small incident with a curtain rod and glass on the coffee table. Vacasa handled it. The whole rental process was easy.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I literally never leave reviews! Booked on booking.com and they "couldn't find our reservation". Thank God we FINALLY found a new place to stay.
