By far the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in going back to the 1970s. Checked in late in the afternoon after a long week of work and travel. Got to room, No hot or warm water in sink or shower no matter how long it ran. Toilet would not flush at all (sorry to the poor person that had to clean that). There were dirty washcloths from previous occupants shoved under the sink. Went down for a drink with our group and the bartender, who claims she had allergies, was digging in her damn nose constantly as she made drinks and opened beers, never saw her wash her hands or even use sanitizer. I was too tired to go back down and the bed looked clean so I figured I would just let them know in the morning when checking out. The barely out of high school looking guy that checked me out was like "oh sorry, ya Ill tell someone". Really? Though my points don't reflect it because I don't always book with my card, we use Hilton all the time. I cant understand how this chain which is always perfect, tolerates this place. With the prices, may start looking elsewhere for our company and personal travel.

Front desk told me the $13 charge had in and out privileges. However, I was charged twice because I went to get dinner during my stay. When I called the front desk about this after checkout, they tell me I need to call this external parking company and handle it myself - she gave me the email address of Randall. Patiently waiting for Randall’s response to maybe refund me for the extra charge…

The Houston Area Association for Bilingual Educators host an event at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston Airport and I was thoroughly impressed. The venue is really nice and spacious, offering the perfect setting for professional development and educators gatherings.||The décor is beautiful, with modern lighting fixtures that add warmth and sophistication to the room. The high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers gave the space a luxurious feel.||A Big shout out to Jose Sanchez -General Manager, Apple Bell -Sales Manager, and their entire TEAM. The staff was incredibly attentive and professional throughout the event. From setup to tear-down, they ensured everything ran smoothly, and any last-minute requests were handled efficiently. The in-house catering was exceptional, our guest absolutely love the Italian lunch buffet. Delicious dishes that were beautifully presented!||The ballroom’s layout was well thought out, providing ample room for the keynotes, and panelists. Additionally, the hotel offers convenient amenities like on-site parking. Parking was added to package. The parking validation was a breeze!||Overall, the Hilton Garden Inn Houston Hobby Airport Ballroom exceeded our expectations. It’s a fantastic venue that blends style, functionality, and exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for anyone planning a memorable event!

Across the street from Hobby Airport. Not to much noise being so close but nice seeing planes take off and land out the window. Rooms clean and lobby had good smell. Hallway clean and service was prompt and friendly. Great experience.

We stayed Black Friday night headed to Galveston for a cruise. Staff was very friendly. The room was nice. We had no idea that breakfast wasn’t included and were shocked to be handed a ticket for $30 for 2. It was a good continental style breakfast but no continental breakfast is worth $30, for watered down juice and dry cold potatoes… I usually stay at Comfort Inns so I didnt know that Hilton had different room rates for breakfast included or not.

German roach infestation...that may be all I need to write. So everything started off good until we woke up to make coffee and there was a German roach crawling around. Needless to say we skipped the coffee. When I walked down to tell the girl at the desk, she just said she was really sorry and that they do have people come out and spray. They could have at least comped the room. I just hope I didn't bring any home with me in my bags. I am so grossed out. Pictures below. I have video, but looks like you can only do photos.

I came back to stay at Hilton this time my experience was very different i expected to be the same as my first time I stayed. For instant the first time the lobby and the restrooms were very clean and the lobby attendant was very welcoming and loving I still remember her name is Celina because of her it made me want to stay in this location again with my friends. This time around I didn't see her it was disappointing because everyone around was in a serious mood compare to when she working she very joyful and puts a smile in the customer face. Very disappointed in the environment vibes.
