NillAir conditioning doesn't work. The rooms smell moldy. The staff are rude and act like they don't know that the rooms are substandard. It should be categorized as a motel not a hotel. For the quality of the room the price should be much lower. Run and don't come back!! All the good reviews are done by the staff. I saw them posting one at the front desk. It's a 1 star motel don't believe the good reviews please!! The "queen size" beds are really full size beds. Just all around bed experience. Update they also have hookers and roaches!!

NillAppearance was nice, guest services was terrible from the moment we checked in. It took them 45 minutes to check us in, and that not include the 30 minutes we waited in line. Then our cards were overcharge and we still haven't gotten our money back like they promised. We will be contacting guest relations about this whole experience. Only one out of the four elevators worked during check in and the last elevator broke down at check out and we were on the fifth floor with toddlers and a newborn. I understand its an old hotel and i would have been on with the electrical issues with elevators if my whole experience was not terrible to begin with. TV's didn't work properly, either the volume didn't work and the picture showed or the volume worked and the picture didn't show. Coffee maker did not work, we had to borrow from another room. We windows looked disgusting on the final elevator that actually worked and the entry doors, you could barely see out of them. I am greatly disappointed with this hotel. Worse experience ever!

NillThe room was not the cleanest, it was kind of old and run down. They need to check on their cleaning staff! But for the price I think it was good, the place has potential but needs some serious updates and cleaning. We loved how spacious our room was and that we were able to bring out 2 cats along. Location was right off the freeway which is great, it was not loud in the hotel though! There were cameras all over the parking lot so we felt safe leaving our car there as well. We got a good deal, 3 nights for 338 dollars was worth the 3 stars. But considering the lacking cleanliness of the rooms we would not go back there.

NillVery nice staff and a beautiful layout for the hotel. Room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The bed felt like a cloud and I slept deeply all night. The staff went above and beyond to provide a quick to-go breakfast for my group since we were leaving before it would be served.

NillMy family recently held our family reunion at this location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Suites. Everything was superb including staff hospitality, cleanliness, food, and hotel accommodations. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has a good variety of foods. Made to order omelets were delicious. The group sales representative, Samantha, was excellent and worked with me to make sure we had all the accommodations and meeting spaces we needed for my family. I don't typically, enjoy hotel food, but the feast that Chef Joey provided for our banquet meal was beyond delicious. The banquet room did get a little warm (we had a large group of 82 and it was over 100 degrees outside), but the engineering department responded quickly and took extra steps to make our stay more comfortable. The sleeping rooms are spacious and nicely decorated and has central air conditioning. Beds were comfortable. There is plenty of space on the first floor to sit and relax with family and friends. I will definitely be choosing Crowne Plaza Suites for future stays.

NillThe room is was clean and nice, but there are a few things you should know: The balcony is very small. Even if breakfast is included in your stay, you will need a valture from the front desk and you do not seat yourself and you may feel obligated to tip your waiter. The hotel will charge a $50 "room deposit" on top of what you pay for the room and they will hold this $50 48 hours after you leave. It was safe, clean, and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was good.

NillWe came here for our mini honeymoon in October 2019 and it was a pleasant stay. I’m a newer IHG member, so it was nice of them to have our name on a board of arrivals, thank us when we walked in and offer bottles of water. We’ve been back a few times because of the friendliness of the people who work there. Breakfast was delicious! 😋 Only real downside is that the blanket on the bed isn’t really a comforter, it’s just a blanket. I get cold easily so this was kinda a weird change from my usual hotel stay. We asked for an extra blanket at night but since there was limited staff to run it up to us we had to go downstairs to get it, but it wasn’t that bad.

NillThe hotel itself is great. Pros: The rooms are very spacious, and the facilty has a somewhat luxury feel to it. Each room has a mini balcony. Not big enough for much sitting but nice for some fresh air. The indoor pool was arranged nicely. Overall the whole place felt clean. Cons: bathroom in the King Suite felt a bit cramped. Also, there was a problem during check-in. (Hotel's fault) Had to wait like an hour to get things completely sorted out. They did however compensate with free breakfast and late checkout. Gabriel, the guy at the front desk, was very professional even when tensions got high.
