My first stay wasn't the best experience for a couple reasons and it was more so the area but my choices were limited due too availability in the city. FEMA provided assistance and why should I complain. So I chose what id say was THE BEST option. The area hasn't been one of Houston's best for many many years. However, Id have to say this is in my opinion one of if not the best motel in Sunnyside! Its well kept, more up to date, cleaner, safer, and the staff remain on top of things to assure their guest are safe as well as comfortable. They are professional, kind and fair. Their rates are reasonable for the location and services provided. After the storm repairs had to be made to our home so I stayed again and my experience was ok.

I got a 1 hour short stay room and they had the nerve to call the room and tell me I have 10 minutes left!!! That is so RUDE!! I won't be going back there and now know why it is never busy there.

They have roaches really bad and the employees are very rude very rude!
