There's not enough bad to say about this Hotel dirty dirty bugs not clean hair everywhere toenails from other people on the floor roaches this is really bad and yes the manager acts like it's your fault rude someone posted on here blood spots on sheets and I thought I was the only one so they know what I'm talking about and I have all the pictures for the proof and the owners will not reach out or do anything about it but I know who to call! The few people I know at the front desk are awesome but their housekeeping trash just like the rooms! And they never clean your room they just put your same sheets on if you stay here for a week same sheets you don't know if you sleeping on someone else sheets from last week just being honest

We stayed for a medical visit for my daughter and arrived in late. The night staff was very nice and in the morning we had a nice warm filling breakfast with soo many choices. The housekeeping both days were amazing and accommodating with more towels as we had 6 people so we traded out wet ones for clean ones. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable also. I had the chance to speak with Erika the general manager who was just as nice and accommodating as her staff. I want to thank Erika and her whole staff Michael, Daniel, Juanita, Bri, Martha, Francis, Maria, Kaitlyn, Maria and Aladio.

Positive: I liked how accommodating the room space was as I had 4 of my kids with me and my husband. There was plenty of space plenty of towels. The room was clean and the pool was clean so that was also great ! Negative: ""

Great experience! Rooms were reasonably priced, and good value for money. Our suite was the same price as a standard room, and the couch was a pullout bed, so this meant that both kids could have their own bed. Beds were comfy (pillows a little lumpy, but perfectly fine). Bedside table had USB for charging and bedside lights had reading lights (really nice!). Full cable TV. Workout room was equipped with all you need for a travel workout (light weights, modern treadmill, etc). Happy hour provided a free beverage from 5 to 7, and breakfast the next morning was great! Hot breakfast has eggs, sausage, biscuits w/gravy and waffles. Cold breakfast had the usual cereal, toast, yogurt, bagels, etc. Clean, well maintained and delicious. Staff was kind and courteous, even to my kids. Thanks Comfort Inn! We’ll definitely stay again.

My recent stay at the Comfort Inn was deeply disappointing, and I would strongly advise against staying at this location. Upon arrival, the poorly maintained grounds were the first red flag. The issues continued with the room itself, which was in an unsanitary and unacceptable state—hair in the refrigerator, hair on the back of the toilet, a broken toilet seat, a grimy shower floor, and stained bedding, including a drop of blood on the sheets. Shortly after check-in, Guest Services entered my room unannounced to deliver cookies, without knocking or announcing themselves properly. When I contacted management to address these concerns, Erika C, the manager (HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/PEOPLE SKILLS), was dismissive and rude. She instructed me to exit the room immediately, stating, "Better hope you didn’t use anything in the room," without an apology or acknowledgment of the issues. I had to scramble to gather my belongings, and when I tried to speak with her further, she had left for the day. As a disabled veteran who came to town for a game, I felt disrespected and poorly treated. The price of this stay does not match the level of service or sanitary standards expected from a reputable hotel. I urge the owner to address these concerns immediately. I am requesting a full refund, and I hope improvements are made to the service, cleanliness, and upkeep of the property.

Positive: Comfy Beds Negative: I didn't like when we woke up the next morning to cop cars in front of the hotel due to 3 vehicles having their windows busted out!

We stay here when we come into Lubbock for doctors and hospital stays. This room was dirty upon inspection. Floors, tv remote, toilet, corners of bathroom floors. The keys did not work 75% of the time. We choose Choice because of its cleanliness and attention to detail. Very disappointed. And just too hard to complain and change rooms.
