★★★★★First and foremost, its an Embassy Suites, so it's almost a 4/5 by default. But this one in particular was special. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, clean sheets. Bathroom was a little small but the suite-style setup more than makes up for it. Located near plenty of shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff could not have been nicer. And housekeeping actually paid attention to the "do not disturb" sign for a change (its been an issue at different hotels lately). The fitness center wasn't just 3 cardio machines and a yoga mat: they had a FULL gym. Pool and hot tub, free breakfast, full bar, and even had a waterfall fountain. 10/10 would stay and recommend.

NillThis place is beautiful and unique, with live plants throughout that create a great atmosphere. The bartender was awesome—friendly and quick. Breakfast was good, quick, and convenient. The rooms were well-designed and comfortable. Our only complaint was the temperature; the room was too hot, and we couldn’t open the balcony door. Even after lowering the thermostat to 60, it stayed at 73, making it difficult to sleep. Despite that, our overall experience was amazing!

NillGreat hotel, and very pet friendly! You do see a lot of puppy dogs running around on leashes wearing their cute little sweaters. The food in the bar in the evening during cocktail time is really really good! And the breakfast in the mornings is even better. I would’ve preferred that they stayed open an extra hour on Thanksgiving, but we made it work! Having made to order omelettes and eggs and fresh breakfast meats and fluffy biscuits was awesome! Especially for an included breakfast.

★★★★★Embassy Suites seldom disappoints and this property continues the tradition of good hospitality and nice, friendly staff. The only small issues we had was we parked our car under the spreading tree in front of the hotel for a couple of hours in the later afternoon, and in that short time it got pooped on prolifically!! And shower pressure wasn’t great or uber warm but ok. But as always breakfast was good and the coffee even more so. We do enjoy Embassy Suites in general, and would stay here again.

NillWe stayed here a few years ago and it was great so we booked again for the week of Christmas. The service and check in is quick and nice. Breakfast buffet here is always decent. This time around we had issues with our door lock (had to use card 7-8x and push on the door like we were breaking in to get it to open), water never got hot, and A/C unit never dipped below 71° despite being set much lower. Maintenance was able to get up to our room around 10pm on our second night to try and help with the A/C. Our second morning, room service came by to clean while we were still there and I told them we were about to head out and she said she would come right back. Our room didn’t get cleaned that day and no towels were replaced so we had to call down for extras.

NillTerrible, looks old, terrible cleaning they don't even sanitize, the sheets don't even look clean, there is dirt coming in through the window, people can see you from out of your room. Door doesn't even lock, shower was absolutely terrible the drain was clogged so the water kept flowing up. Lamps are bent, lights don't work, hard to get in the door your card doesn't even hardly work on your door

NillDecided to splurg a bit on our honeymoon for an overnight stay in one of the "honeymoon suites" for $300 a night you think they could at least use a touch up marker on the furniture. If you like hearing the highway and not being able to use the hot tub because its over run by unsupervised children this is the place for you. I guess its MY fault for not reading the reviews but went off good faith that they wouldn't have false advertisements.
