Comfort Suites

Perfect place to stay with family, the worker that helped me was so kind and understanding. When we needed something for the room he gave it to us without hesitation. I forgot his name but he works there on the weekends and goes to college during the week 👍 he's a good guy not to many of those in some other hotels my family and I have stayed. One thing only that wasn't ok was the pool, it was dirty. That's the least of our problem though.

This place is very dirty. I was so exhausted when I arrived that I went straight to bed. I woke up and went to the restroom when I noticed that the floors were extremely dirty. That wasn't cool. Then when I took a shower, there was someone else's body wash/conditioner/shampoo dripped down the walls. Eww. When I got out of the shower, I moved the little coffee pot in the bathroom and two cockroaches came scurrying out. Gross! When I told the lady at the desk about it, she acted like I was disturbing her phone time by telling her. Definitely will NOT stay again.

I always make sure that we get a place that’s services breakfast and this hotel did not disappoint. They had muffins , cereal , waffles , sausage patties , scrambled eggs and bread . Juices and coffee. The lady who works the breakfast area was super sweet and helpful . We got a king suit with a pull out couch . The bed was super comfy, pillows not so much and the pull out was a little thin mattress but it work for the night . The restroom was good size . They provide a good amount of towels 3 of each which is good when you travel a family of 3 . Plenty of plugs for electronics. Plenty of lamps and they have a small reading lamp . They have a mini fridge and microwave . I would def stay here again

Stayed here for 5 nights for a visit to the formula one race at COTA. Room was good with a separate sofa to relax. Nothing in the immediate vicinity in terms of restaurants etc but there a quite a few a couple of minutes drive away and Gruene is only a bit further. Hot breakfast was nice and 24 hour tea and coffee available. There was also a little alcove where you can buy soft drinks and snacks at $2 apiece. The ice machines outside the room were reported as noisy by others in our group.

It was VERY dirty and there were roaches in the bathroom. The chick at the front desk acted like I was interrupting her Facebook time when I told her about it. She seemed unphased. I definitely would not stay again.

Positive: Location Negative: Certain entrance doors were locked early. Bed,and pillows were not good.

This was such a disappointment. The carpet in my room was dingy and black. The comforter on the bed had nasty stains and cigarette burns on it. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and there was a roach crawling in the bed. I reported it to the front desk immediately and asked for a new room. They gave me a much cleaner room but it was a conjoined room and I could hear the couple in the next room laughing and talking at 4am. I refused to eat breakfast there. When I asked to speak with the manager upon check out to let him know about my experience I was told that he wasn't in. The guy at the front desk said I could just tell him. When I told him he justified the roach and said it was bc they had just had the hotel sprayed. I was supposed to get a call from the manager but that was 3 days ago and I've heard nothing. I have stayed at 2 other hotels in the same vicinity many times and they were around the same price but much cleaner and I've never ever seen roaches in them. I will never ever go to this hotel again. HORRIBLE
