Comfort Suites

We booked this room as it was listed as a room with a 2 person spa tub. We checked in for a two night stay and the spa tub did not work. We were told all spa tub rooms on the first floor did not work. This was not listed on the website nor was this communicated at check in. We were told that we would receive a discount on our one night stay and not charged an early checkout fee. My guest folio doesn’t show any discount for the one night we stayed.

I booked a room with a king sized bed and jacuzzi tub. The tub didn’t work and the faucet and handles were completely un-caulked and would rock back and forth if you pulled on the handles. There was dust build up all over the walls and drywall dust in the floor - it looked like a repair had been done and the clean up wasn’t thorough. I also found food crumbs on the floor that didn’t belong to me and it took almost 3 minutes to draw up hot water. I came to Odessa for a doctor appointment where I had to get blood drawn and I was traveling alone, so imagine my disappointment when I checked into this room. If you’re looking for a safe place to stay, this place gets the job done but don’t expect much more, and check with the staff if you book s room with a jacuzzi tub that the tub actually works.

After a very long drive across Texas I was exceptionally pleased with my experience, the staff has decorated beautifully for the holidays and the facility smelled delightful. Ms. Cruz and 2 other women greeted me with a smile and made check in super fast and seamless. Our room was well stocked clean and the carpet is fresh and fluffy. The location is perfect Walmart and every fast food chain you could possible enjoy is close by. This will permanently be our hotel of choice when staying in Odessa/midland area.

Wonderful room besides it smells like cigarette smoke. But nothing air freshener couldn't fix. The lady at the front desk was very nice and even helped my babies get to the potty ASAP because we was late we didn't make any stops. Lol

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and been pleased, but I have confirmed reservations made over a month age for Oct 25 & 26. Today I discovered that the hotel itself (not Choice Hotels corporate) has cancelled my and everyone else’s reservations for that weekend because a band from El Paso booked the entire hotel over a year ago. Problem is the hotel didn’t hold the rooms for them and continued to allow other customers make reservations. So now the hotel is cancelling everyone’s reservations. When I called Choice Hotels they knew nothing about this situation and still showed my reservations as confirmed. This is on the hotel management. Yes, I’m angry.

I had an incredible stay at Confort Suites! From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with warmth and hospitality. The room was spacious, stylishly designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect. What truly made my stay special, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met, from recommending local restaurants to helping with transportation. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay. It's a true gem!

My family and I love it here!!!!! Great breakfast and Very kind staff. Pet friendly and great parking, and there are a lot of near by stores and shopping outlets. Clean rooms and nice accommodations! A very comfortable stay for my family and I!!!
