NillThey are still in the process of remodeling... it's not the best, but it's not the worst... My sister and I travel there from out of town to see my dad in the Veterans nursing home... since one of us is staying there often, they have a deal on the price. Which when your traveling from out of town, it's nice to be able to be able to save some money... they are very friendly and helpful when needed... Again, they are not the best rooms... I believe the hotel was vacant for some time, so the new owners have come in and are trying to get it back up... No bugs, clean sheets, clean towels, the things you would expect in a hotel... Just have to look past the fact it had been sitting for a bit, and they are working too hwy things done... I recommend it as a place to stay as long as you're not above being able to look past the fact they are working on it...

NillThe guy at the front desk was very nice, the AC is awesome works great. My room was clean. It could use a little face lift, but overall my experience was great. I'm here during the day to sleep as I prefer traveling at night. Seems like a very quiet safe place. And I love the fact that the curtain blocks out the light, that makes it great for sleeping during the day. You can hear some road noise, but my room does face the road. Didn't really bother me. I'm adding pics of my room as I watched an FBI show asking people to post their motel rooms because it helps them in their search for missing and exploited children and women.

★This is buy far the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at! The office people are rude. We were trying to get out of the truck and the guy was standing by it, just watching us then was asking so many questions. I've never had that happen before, why watch our every move? They shouldn't even charge for pets with how nasty the rooms are. The rooms are nasty, the towels are dirty, the walls have nasty stuff on it. The beds are rough and noncomfortable on top of that the sheets and pillows were gross looking yellow wise! It even had bugs in the room. The ac doesn't even work we was sweating all night. I woke up feeling sick. Not a place to stay if you have kids. I'm so glad my daughter didn't stay there, its to filthy!

NillYou know for the people that think $60 a night should get you a beautiful room you need to update your mind. That is extremely cheap and affordable! I've payed $450 a night recently for a old beat down motel room. If you want to be some sort of princess or king I hope you have the money to back it up. The AC is crazy cold in here, something along of high end motels have prpblems with. I am a trucker and I inspect the rooms I stay at the sheets are clean and the toilet and shower are clean. That's all I need. I don't personally know the owners but these people are obviously putting an effort into their cleaning. To the truckers out there; this is a great overnight stay for basically nothing.

★★I have stayed at this hotel about 7 months ago in the front. The front room was good. This time I stayed in the back and it was horrible! The shower curtain had mold on it. The curtain rod had been pulled out and replaced wrong. The tub was dirty along with the walls. They only gave a double room two towels 1 wash cloth, and two hand towels. We are a family of 3. For $79. I expect a clean and fresh room and some coffee in the morning, that is all. The front room was a little noisy, but otherwise clean.

NillDefinitely needs some work but for the price and location you just can’t beat it. I had a toilet leak and management had the entire toilet replaced within a few hours. My only complaints are that there’s a lot of trash around the property, I think it blows out of the dumpster area which has poor fencing and the beds definitely need to be replaced soon, they are quite old. I stayed here for a week while my truck was getting worked on at Freightliner.

★It is obvious that the owners do not read the reviews because there are bad reviews all the way back to 2006 on Travelocity. Made the mistake of booking this hotel without reading the reviews but it was just for one night. First impression, lobby dirty (not a good sign). Room numbers painted on door, it looked like a child's work. Turned on air conditioner to get some air and moldy, smelly air came out, there was no way to run the air. Had to leave the door open to get cooled down. Fortunately that night was cool but would be miserable if it had been a hot night. Television cable kept going out, finally turned it off and watch TV on my note pad. I've stayed in other America's Best hotels before and found them to be okay, but this one is not. Keep driving and pay a few more dollars to get a decent room.

NillTraveling from the Carolinas, and hauling our camper, we experienced some trouble with the truck towing our camper.. The owner gave us a room a spot for our camper and trailer, plus 2 trucks at a reasonable price. Allowing our camper to park while we have our truck fixed. The staff is friendly and helped us more then we expected.. So with that said I would definitely say here again.... Thank you for your kindness....
