NillOur group had a business trip to Tyler, and this was a perfect place for us to stay! The design is stunning with so many pretty things to enjoy! The rooms are extra spacious and have all of the special touches. The Nespresso machine is top-notch and changes the whole morning! We felt so safe and even a little bougie! :)

NillPros: conveniently located, clean, good layout for a limited space, great for single travelers, sofa with pull out bed, extra comforters provided due to thin coil spring mattress, friendly staff. Cons: thin walls, can hear TV next door, small - not good for families, no tables or chairs (not enough room). Would not recommend for families with little ones. You will keep neighbors awake. Luggage can take up a lot of floor space.

★★★★★The Thomas Tyler is in inviting boutique hotel in downtown Tyler, Texas, with many other interesting things to do nearby. Several family members stayed in their rooms for a family wedding. The staff was welcoming and helpful with all our questions and needs. We enjoyed our 3-night stay and would gladly come back to stay again! The amenities were well thought out and useful.

NillThis hotel was a nice surprise on my first overnight trip to Tyler. It's located right on the square, with a lot of options for food and cocktails, and it was just a short drive to the place I was doing business. Guest communication is first-rate; arrival was well coordinated and courteous; my room was immaculate and well-appointed; and the in-room coffee was the best I've every had!

NillThe hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff were nice. The air conditioning is very comfortable. The hotel is great if you want to enjoy downtown without driving. My only complaint is noise. The floors were very thin and we could hear people walking above us in the middle of the night.

NillRoom was nice, if a bit understated. For the price, though, it was more than acceptable. It looks like the intention might have been to build apartments instead of a hotel, but there is no cooking appliance outside of the microwave. Nice place to stay for a get away weekend. Near restaurants and the town square. We will be back.

NillThis is a really nice little hotel. Very intimate, having just a few rooms. We really liked our room alot. Very quiet and lots of space. Location is awesome. Walking distance to tons of great stuff on the Tyler square. The only thing we didn't love was the staffing and kind of awkward lobby/bar. Just had an odd feel and was a little too quiet. Had a drink in the bar that was prepared by a young guy in workout clothes. Wasn't great. Overall it was a positive experience, and I think we will probably be back if in the area. But not completely sold!

★3rd stay at Thomas Hotel in the last 2 months. Won’t ever stay again. Small, cute hotel right near downtown Tyler - but very noisy. Walls are paper thin and can hear TV’s from other rooms at all hours of the night. TV remotes even have stickers on them telling you to limit volume.
