Lighthouse Suites Inn

Our recent stay at the Lighthouse was made exceptional thanks to Tammy and the team. Friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and well maintained. The jacuzzi and pool was a bonus for our stay. Access to the beach quick and easy with an amazing view of the ocean. Thank you Lighthouse team for a great stay. We will be back!!

The Lighthouse Inn and Suites was very cozy and clean. I’ll definitely be back! This property is the closest to the beach with an easy walk to the beach. I really enjoyed the gym and the hot breakfast each morning. My balcony room with stunning views and fresh air was the best. Thank you to Cynthia and Tammy for the hospitality and for an easy check in process.

Everything was very clean. I was greeted quickly at the front desk for check in by a friendly and efficient lady. Beautiful ADA accessible pool and hot tub. Our room was huge and clean. Our stay was very quiet. The bed was a little too firm for my husband but was fine for me. E had a very nice stay. Thanks so much!

I would give 10 stars if that was an option. This was hands down the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The service is impeccable. Every single employee and the manager felt like friends right off the bat. They all seemed so happy and content to take care of the guests and each other. That type of culture is only found when you have a top notch manager that takes care of their staff. They all worked so cohesively as a team. Every single one of them took care of each and every guest in the hotel with a strong sense of "home" and friendship. It truly felt like home to us. You could feel how much they care about each other and the Lighthouse Inn. We didn't even want to leave! The hotel was always spotless and the breakfast was incredibly good. A huge amount of choices. I truly can't say enough about how comfortable we were. This will always be the only hotel we stay in when we come to visit and we are already planning our next visit and plan to stay much longer than the 5 days we were there. The Lighthouse Inn is so lucky to hands down have the perfect staff.

I'm sorry but I have a feeling that most of the good reviews on here are from family members or something. I mean, was I at a completely different hotel than all of these people talking about the great customer service and how wonderful the hotel was?! It was one of the worst stays I have ever had and it started before I even got to check into my room. I was notified morning of that the elevator was broke. Great considering any ocean front rooms are two floors up and I had my 65 year old mom with bad knees there for her birthday. No way to change locations with the short notice. Went there anyway around 1:30, spoke with the front desk lady, Mary, and asked if we could check in a bit early. She said they were short staffed and the rooms needed cleaned. We ended up waiting until 5:15, check in time was 4:00. Had to climb four sets of stairs to unload the car. It took SOOOOOOO LONG for people to get checked in. One person working front desk with a very old system. Each check in was 20 minutes or more. A dozen people waiting to check in. Get to the room finally after over an hour on chat with Expedia and continually going into the front desk to check on the huge line, but every time I did the front desk lady had disappeared. The beds were nice, couches and chairs were not clean and had disgusting stains all over them. No vending, and if they wanna call the five items in the machine "vending" they are sorely mistaken. Worst customer service ever. I had been asking for a couple days to check in early and never got a response. Also, he can't get anyone to answer the phone. There is rarely anyone at the front desk. Place needs updated. PLEASE. And hire some people!! Terribly ran system, you shouldn't be programming keys as your guests are checking in, those should have already been ready to go. There's no reason it should take 20 minutes to check in to a hotel while you're standing at the counter. When I got there I was a bit shocked to see the elevator was one of the old school elevators that I probably wouldn't have gotten on anyway. The place could really use an overhaul. Please you have beautiful property.

This has been the best 3 night stay in a hotel I have ever had. Especially here in Ocean Shores. Every single member of the staff were informative kind and upbeat. The view from my room was amazing the breakfast delicious the pool and hot tub looked as though they were cleaned every night I’m really going to miss this place definitely coming back soon.

Awesome staff at the lobby, room with the jacuzzi and view was big, clean and cozy. Kinda far from the beach so you can’t hear the waves but still worth the price for the balcony with the view! They have a tower at the top where you can go to see the views too. Not really much to do right around it but the beach is awesome!! You can even drive on the sand.

This was just a night away to a hot tub room. Great price! Everything was very nice, except for the toilet that's only a foot off the floor, and no grab bars anywhere. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The ladies at the front desk were exceptional! We will go back.
