★Where do I even begin? I can’t believe this place is still in business. First off, there were actual flies coming out of the bathroom sink. I immediately took a video and went to the front desk, completely baffled since I've never seen anything like that in my life. The woman at the front desk looked at the video and casually said, "Oh, the river flies?" Excuse me, did she just say RIVER FLIES? They then told me there was nothing they could do because I booked through Priceline and offered no solutions. So, I contacted Priceline myself to handle it.||However, the hotel staff became upset with me for managing the issue on my own, as they clearly lacked both the capability and basic customer service skills to address it. After Priceline informed me there was nothing they could do at that moment, I requested to check out immediately. When I first arrived, I had been charged a mandatory $12/night fee without any explanation. During check-out, I asked for clarification and requested a refund since I wouldn’t be staying. The woman at the front desk said, "You booked online, you should have done your research," and then proceeded to ignore me.||At one point another staff member kindly printed out my charges and was polite, but when I noticed a discrepancy between the statement and my card charges, I asked for clarification. The first woman started making rude comments like, "Are you done yet?" and "You can leave now." I was shocked, especially since I had been nothing but respectful while dealing with how disgusting their room was. Even after I asked questions about who owns the hotel and who the managers are, she continued with her attitude.||I respectfully expressed that her comments were unnecessary and uncalled for, but she didn’t stop. I left the hotel and followed up the next day, only to receive the same treatment from a man on the phone. Eventually, Priceline resolved the issue and I got my refund. But, to top it all off, I was informed by Priceline that the hotel would like to let me know they are banning me from ever staying there again! I couldn’t help but laugh. After everything they put me through, they had the nerve to ban me—as if I’d ever want to go back!||I’ve also attached photos of the flies as proof. Please, save your money and never stay here.

NillGreat location and easy to get to - loved the pool area - the rooms were very plain with not many amenities and could be updated. The only issue we had was at night when tons of bugs were everywhere outside and if you even opened your door to go in/out a ton would get in. It was pretty gross but besides that we had a great stay

NillP this is a sleeping giant of Tri-Cities for choice hotels. It's a blast from the past as far as the layout and condition. But it offers easy on easy off the freeway. And the ability to walk along Columbia River. Restaurants are fairly close for convenient eating. Not the typical choice hotels built in the last 10 or 15 years but of the '70s generation. But updated. Some

NillI stay here almost every other week for business, I used to love it when it was the Shilo Inn. But as things change so do I! I’m not the one who complains ever, ever, but tonight is something different. I was laying in bed and heard some water running, I went to the bathroom and the toilet was over filling. No big deal I can handle that so I turned off the water and called the front desk to let them know. Now I will say they offered me a new room, but I declined due to it just being clean water and simply asked for more towels. The front desk said ok no problem I will have my co-worker bring some up….. an hour later I call again and she says oh yes I will make that happen. Then proceeds by calling me back 5 minutes later and says sorry we aren’t allowed to come to the rooms at this time, hotel policy. Ok I get it, it’s dark out, but shouldn’t somebody come and make sure there isn’t any damage or just care for the well being of your guest or your hotel. It’s not a small amount of water it’s quite a bit and I did my best to contain it with what I had. Long story short, the hospitality trade is broken these days as we all know, I’ll be taking myself and my crew to another location. If you’re looking for cheap, but not cheap, choose somewhere else, you’ll be much happier I’m sure.

NillPretty filthy. The old damp smell, dust and spider webs, suspicious carpet stains and crusty white stuff on the carpet and clumps of black hair and goo coming out of the spa tub were disgusting. Super nasty brown stuff on one towel, looked like feces on a towel refolded but not washed. Then we turn the TV on and it's automatically on pornhub with live action on screen. Remote didnt work unless you stood at the tv and pointed behind to where the box was located. Thank god we didn't have our children with us to see that. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave and dishwasher, small cooktop. Electrical panel on wall near floor with breakers.
