Great location, close to a lot but far enough away from the busy part. Great internet, clean rooms and comfy beds. We had two rooms and a dog in one room and it was an awesome stay. Plus, they have free coffee in the lobby which was always good! Would recommend and will be back.

My husband and I were more than impressed with the hotel and our room. It was very clean, ample towels and many extra amenities - coffee, tea, popcorn, makeup wipes. It is also pet friendly and we had our little dog with us. It was a great place to stop on our way to Florida.

Have stayed here numerous times over past 3 years. Once or twice, I needed something particular, in-room, and it wasn't a problem. Long-time, experienced staff, and they know/do their job, so it's good to see the same faces. I've counted on them often to give me directions & recommendations for the Morgantown area. Rarely have had a noise problem. They've done a bunch of favors for me, such as switching around--or even freeing up, if possible--a room, so I'm confident that they care about customers' needs. Always seems to me like a respectful, serious crowd staying at Candlewood, so it's an easy choice for me to climb the winding, welcoming hill to Candlewood upon exiting I-79. High on expectation & satisfaction, low on drama.

Room was decent. Sticky floor in bathroom. They had an air freshener plugged in that disturbed my allergies and I began to get a headache from the strong scent, so immediately we unplugged it. As soon as we unplugged it, it smelled of animal pee. Found out later it was dog pee on the carpet.

The staff was nice but I work in construction and travel alot and all I care about is a clean room but thr sheets smelled like they weren't washed and looked like they hadnt been washed, so i went and bought new ones. The room was never swept. Then there was always shady people in and out.

This was very convenient to my work location, stores, and highways. All the staff was fabulous. Always felt safe. The place was very clean and very comfy bed. A beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby made it feel like home.

We stayed one night here. The hotel focuses on extended stays, providing a mini kitchen in the room. There is no breakfast provided. Hotel was clean but a bit dated. There is a restaurant in walking distance of the hotel but that’s about it. Check in was efficient.

Staying here in lieu of an Airbnb or short term apartment for contract work. The rooms are a little smaller than what I’ve seen, but it looks like they were regular hotel rooms changed into extended stays w/kitchenettes. The service is the only reason it wasn’t a higher rating. I’ve had to remind them for 3 wks to clean my suite when I was originally told it happens every 7 days. What’s funny is mo one has to remind them to charge my card every 7 days. Also front desk girl tonight, when I asked what to do with a large empty package box, told me 2 ways I could take the box to the dumpster in the rain. Now I could have carried it up to my suite & made housekeeping carry it down (if they came), but I thought I was being nice. I guess her personal phone call was more important than a paying guest in the hotel where she’s employed. Do better!!!
