Sleep Inn Antigo

Affordable and very wonderful hotel. The rooms were pristine and the mattresses were new. Breakfast options were very good as well, I stayed there a couple days and the menu was different every day. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and not usually busy which was nice for a private dip in the hot tub. I will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Antigo.

The customer service was terrible!! We booked two rooms and called the day before to make sure they were adjourned rooms we were told yes. We also called the day we were staying just to make sure they were. We'll when we got here, they were NOT. The person at the front desk was extremely rude!! The breakfast area is overflowing with trash and always empty or low on everything! Only stay here is all you need is a bed to sleep in. The beds were at least good.

Quick overnight stay. Breakfast was great. Front desk friendly. My only issue with the room, and to me it's a big one, they keep liquid creamer by the coffee maker. Guessing they don't check it often because they were well past expired. I went to pour them in my coffee and consistency of cottage cheese. If they can't keep track of it they need to leave them in the lobby where they are used regularly so constantly rotated.

I loved stay at sleep in so much it was fantastic supper friendly and the staff was amazingly helpful as well would definitely recommend staying here LOVED IT!!!

I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and it has always been a nice place to stay. The rooms are clean, and don’t smell like smoke. The pool is well maintained and the it’s a good atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lady that was at the front desk of the hotel on 7/14/24 was super professional dealing with a horrible guest that held up the line for 10 minutes with nonsense . She deserves a raise! Good breakfast spread and I would happily stay again. The only thing that might make it easier for the cleaning staff is if they changed the shower door. In room 119 there is an odd shower door that allows water out. In no way a deal breaker for me would just like to make it easier on staff. Thank you for the stay!

My only issue was one of the owners had no regard for customers and was very rude and disrespectful in the presence of guest I rather go elsewhere...poor Coco she is a wonderful worker and does a wonderful job every morning and has a wonderful personality great employee. Housekeeping is a joke she wanted to come in when it was time to check out but not once during the week I was there.
