My flight was cancelled so I needed a place close by for an early morning flight, which wound up cancelled also. The room was awesome for the price. I’ve paid more for less impressive rooms before. It had EVERYTHING. Right down to Qtips and makeup removal supplies!! Bathrobes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower. Stocked fridge and even snacks, for a small fee. They had a nice restaurant and bar. There was even access to a spa (separate business though). Unfortunately no open slots for my short unexpected stay. I would stay there again. No doubt!! Room was spotless! Only complaint is the mattress. Needs to be flipped or replaced. Thank you Copperleaf!! I would rate you higher if I could.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Copper Leaf hotel. This was my first time in Appleton WI and it was such a delightful experience. My room was beyond my expectations. The fireplace added a wonderful cozy touch. The staff was great and very attentive. The Rye restaurant in the hostel was wonderful as well. I will definitely be back.

Excellent as always! We stay here each night when we are in town for our season tickets to the Broadway shows at the Fox PAC theater. It has an excellent restaurant and bar right here and a short walk to the theater. I had my papillon dog one trip and he was treated like a king!! Friendly and courteous staff.

We reserved rooms here for our wedding, and the location couldn’t have been better. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and our guests were very happy with our choice of lodging. I was especially impressed by the level of service we received. Management was kind and highly responsive to my emails, and every phone conversation was genuinely helpful. Truly outstanding customer service!

Worst stay ever! Paid 344.00 for a quality room for the night , was woke up by bar traffic at 2 am drag racing down college ave than at 4 am was woke up to a back up alarm on a scissor lift beeping until 6 am setting up for a turkey trot run at 8 am. At 630 there were huge speakers outside under our window blaring music until 8 am . The windows in the room were not noise canceling or insulated at all!!! I asked for a partial reduction on room bill and the hotel manager said it wasn’t their issue? And was a real jerk to talk to. He didn’t think it was the hotels fault at all! No customer service at all refused to talk about it and no partial credit for no sleep at all! I will never stay at another Best Western again and I am a frequent club member, this manager is a total jerk and had no customer service manners at all!

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, super clean. Too bad the walls are paper thin. While they did their best to advise the turkey trot would be on the same street, they should've lowered the room cost for the Wed of Thanksgiving as festivities (loud music & announcements) began at 730AM waking up the entire hotel. Between the noise IN the hotel all night long and the outside noise early in the AM we would not recommend to anyone. There is a Hilton across the street we will try next time we decide to attend a concert.

This place was top notch. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel staff was great. Rye looked great, good energy but did not eat there this time. Parking was convenient and only $6. Would definitely stay again, very close to all the good bars and restaurants.
