Holiday Inn Milwaukee - Brookfield, an IHG Hotel

We had the most wonderful stay! The staff, especially Nicole, Ameera, and Toya, were incredibly friendly and always ready to lend a hand. Our room was super spacious and spotless, plus the bed was just dreamy! The hotel’s location couldn't be better, right near fantastic restaurants and shopping spots. We’d definitely choose to stay here again! A special shoutout to our amazing housekeeper Letty for being so prompt and sweet. Overall, it was just such a delightful experience!

Took about 5 minutes for someone to come to front desk to check in. I am an IHG member and it won’t let me do a review on there. Hot tub was closed, pool was only 4ft. There was black mold in the window (pic). There was no hot water just Luke warm. It was so hard to sleep couldn’t get warm there was no blankets. It was like 64 in the room and we kept trying to turn it up and it wouldn’t stick and kind of smelt like it was burning. Also smelt like weed. Kept hearing noises and footsteps outside the room all night. The attached ihop (20%discount) was the best part. We tried to made the best of one night we checked out early and cut our trip short, was feeling sick the next day. Don’t let the price or the picture fool you don’t waste your money, will ruin your vacation!

We had such a wonderful stay! It was super quiet, and the customer service was just fantastic. The breakfast at IHOP was delicious! A big shoutout to Tae for being so welcoming and taking such great care of our group you truly made our experience even better! If you’re on the hunt for a great spot with a perfect location, look no further! We highly recommend it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything we needed. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Ameera at the front desk greeted us with a big smile, and our check-in process was a breeze. Throughout the day, Tae and Nicole were delightful! We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

I had such a wonderful experience! We came for our family reunion. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I absolutely loved the breakfast at IHOP it was amazing! Everyone was so eager to help, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff. They made my stay truly enjoyable!

The staff were all amazing! Q took great care of us at night, and Ameera was super sweet during the day. Our room was very spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Letty, our housekeeper, did an excellent job cleaning our room. They provided us with extra pillows, towels, and blankets, and all the workers were extremely nice. There are plenty of places within a short walking distance, and the pool has a great view with lots of comfortable seating!

We had such a fantastic stay! The rooms were beautiful and kept so clean, and the beds were incredibly comfy! I especially loved the nice, spacious bathroom. Honestly, everything about our visit was just amazing from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Toya at the front desk she's truly wonderful! So friendly and helpful!

We totally loved staying at this hotel! Everything was super clean and cozy, making us feel right at home. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, which really made our stay special. A huge shout-out to Ameera she was such a ray of sunshine! So helpful and cheerful! We can’t wait to come back for future visits and will definitely tell our friends about this place.
