Hampton Inn Eau Claire

If you enjoy hearing your neighbors then this is the place for you! The walls must be paper thin, I was able to hear my neighbors conversations on each side of me. What was even better was listening to the steps of the people above me. Breakfast bar seemed to always run out of everything. I travel a lot for work and leisure. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Our 3rd floor room was quiet and not far from the elevator and ice machine. Everything worked as it should. No unexpected surprises. Did not have time to try the pool, but saw families with kids heading that way. The breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn menu served efficiently and with a smile by helpful staff. Yogurt choices were limited to one brand, one flavor, and it was sugared. Otherwise, all good.

Very clean. Toilet was low seating, needs to be updated. They were short staffed for checking in, someone had called in sick and wasn't replaced. The woman working was very nice and apologetic for the wait. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice people that work there, perfect area for fast food. The staff that cleaned the rooms did above and beyond for me and my husband that stayed for 5 days . Breakfast was awesome, just wish they would switch up the continental breakfast food items. Same thing everyday we were there. front desk ladies were awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel . Thank you , we'll be back soon enough.

Joe is awesome and a very funny/ hospitable gentleman. Rooms are beautifully clean, no need to ask for room service for long stays as they clean for you! Pool / hot tub is a must. Love this hotel for my long work trip. Will return if im back in the area!

This is a really solid Hampton Inn. The whole building feels clean. Staff are professional and respectful. They made a small mistake with my billing and, when I pointed it out, they corrected it right away. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. In general, the hotel feels a bit outdated and could use some modernizing. The room we stayed in, a single King bed room, was also a bit small. With two people in the room, something like ironing clothes before a night out became a bit of a cramped chore - between the bed, the armchair and the small desk, there wasn't a lot of other space in the room. Bringing a luggage cart in and out of the room was very difficult. The continental breakfast was tasty and had some really good options. We stayed on a busy weekend, and even then, the room was pretty quiet. And it's not far from downtown Eau Claire, so the location is great if you're visiting the city for things like the Pablo Center and other riverfront attractions.

We had a good experience during our stay. The Hampton Inn Eau Claire had some decent rooms, quiet location, and had some pretty tasty breakfast included. The location had something I hadn't experience before as far as the waffles being lemon flavored. They have the regular golden waffle batter as well but the lemon was a light lemon taste & was nice to try. The staff was very nice as well during our visit. I would stay here again.

People make a difference, and the service team here is great...we like the Hilton brand and the team here makes this one of their best! We have appointments at Mayo-EC when we stay here and the service we get makes us very comfortable! Keep up the good work!
