Great price, great location and awesome staff!! Very clean, quiet, and the their pancake machine makes the best pancakes! And last but not least, Alex, the manager, is just so great and so friendly, as well as very professional, and seems to go above and beyond to meet guests needs. He was definitely key to what made my stay absolutely awesome! I highly recommend this hotel!

Very great hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub area were nice and warm even when it’s cold outside. The breakfast was really good. It was just a very good overall hotel and I would recommend it to traveling family members

I had a very good experience when I was there. The staff were very nice and respectful, the rooms were very clean, and I had no problems whatsoever. They take care of anything maintenance related the same day and make sure everything is running smoothly. Highly recommended. 5 stars for sure. Huge shoutout to Andy and the woman working at the front desk. (forgot her name, sorry about that.)

The AmericInn has always been a perfectly adequate hotel for short stays and my wife and I love the fact that there’s always a hot tub. The best part about our stay in Jefferson Wisconsin was a care taker named Alex. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. He even got us into a room early because we had car trouble and it was freezing cold outside. Every hotel should have an Alex!!!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. YOU CAN SMELL THE OVERWHELMING SMELL OF MOLD AND MUST UPON ENTERING THE ROOM. We stayed for a wedding and our friends rooms stunk bad and were the same. We had to sleep with the window open because the smell was so horrid. Dirty room. Uncomfortable bed. Didn’t even dare to step foot in the shower. The walls and ceiling were so filthy looking . We ran out of that place in the morning. Absolutely disgusting . Idk how this place is able to operate I know the place is crawling with black mold. We ran pass that gross sad old looking breakfast. I wish I would have slept in my car rather than this nasty hotel. This place takes the cake for the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Positive: "" Negative: Room had terrible mold smell - window open didn't dissipate. When I brought to the front desks attention they mentioned being aware of an issue. Hotel is in a great location and staff was friendly but safety of guests needs to be taken more seriously.

From the second we walked in there was an odd order. The hotel room it self instantly smelled like mold. Stains on the carpet and on the night stands. Stains on the ceiling that looked like pee. The bed and sheets under the covers were absolutely disgusting. Upon more looking around the room we found black mold in multiple locations. The carpet pulled up in the corners and there was black mold under the carpet. The walls were damp. Even with the windows open we still struggled to sleep. Very disappointed with our stay here.
