NillI’ve been coming to this hotel for over 5 years now l, and all I can say is that it’s very run downed. Nothing like before. It’s been 2 times that i come, and the hot tub is not working. This weekend was a getaway weekend for my family, and I called to see if hot tub and pool were opened, I was told they were. I got here the next day, and hot tub was out of service and Kiddie playground water was freezing. The pool had strong chemicals that gave my kids a rash. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, and there was no water. When they turned it back on, brown dirty water kept coming out the sink and tub. It was very disgusting.Next day in the morning in breakfast area everything was gone. It was barely 8 AM. All the tables were dirty: I had to ask if they were going to restock, and they barely did. I spent $200 for a weekend getaway in what it was one of my favorite hotels. After what i experienced this weekend, I will not be back. I don’t recommend this place if you want a nice getaway!

NillThis hotel is amazing! We stayed the weekend for our son's birthday. We had a blast. Check in and out was super easy. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was outstanding and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and it's great amenities. We will definitely be back!

NillRoom is fine, I do find it a little odd that even for a two week stay you have to request towels or for the room to re stocked. The staff seems nice but lazy. Nothing was cleaned all weekend including the same spill in the elevator, Same ceral on the floor, and sand in the pool and hot tub. Hot tub out of order and had no idea when they could "get it cleaned" Food area was fairly clean. No one ever at the front desk but nothing gets cleaned? It could be a good hotel with staff who cared. The baseball hoop in the pool is nice.

NillGood location to bring a toddler for open swimming on the winter (or any time of year). It's $8 per person. Some critiques: The water of the splash pad is pretty cold, too cold for my 2.5 year old. The pool is warmer. When the splash pad is running it's very loud in the pool area and hard to hear my daughter because she doesn't know how to speak up. Once the splash pad shut off it was much more pleasant. The "locker room" is really just a bathroom with showers and no benches. A shelf was thrown in 1 shower. The floor was covered in standing water that made it difficult for my daughter and I to change while keeping our clothes dry. These are all nit-picks, but it might cause me to check out other hotels offering similar pool access.

★★★★★Positive: Hotel was very clean and had a large pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a nice bonus we were not expecting. Negative: Pool was completely packed with kids that were not staying at the hotel. Multiple times it seemed like parents just drop kids off and let them run free. The children?s pool is extremely loud and it is hard to talk to others because you can?t hear them.

Nillprevious stays have been wonderful, but must have had a management change and all aspects of this hotel has really gone downhill. expect super eight quality but with high prices if you stay. Breakfast was poorly stocked with only hot item available being sausage. Apple juice tasted like water with light yellow coloring. Hot tub has been broken for at least a year and not heated. rooms are dirty and have mold in AC vents. We switched rooms because the first one smelled strongly of cat litter and can hear dogs and animals on all floors. the only thing that is not one star was the front desk. Person on check-in was very wonderful but unable to help with anything besides changing our room. Still waiting to hear back from management to address our issues.

NillRooms are decent. Beds are ok not the worst I've ever had but could be updated. Hot tub wasn't working and the front door to come in was broken. Had you slide it to open and close. Had no snacks in the snack bar area

NillWell I checked in and found out I was on the 1st floor. I really don't like the first floor because its noise with people walking by, there is safety concerns with easy access and the privacy is bad because people can look in your window. Staff said its not noise and I was going to only be there for one night. I get into the room and its super cold. I turn on the heater for an hour and its just super cold. I check the temperature on my watch and its 58 degrees. This is after the heater was on for an hour. Then I try and use the WiFi and I can't even respond to email because its slower than dial up. I had to leave and drove to Ft. Atkinson to get a better hotel. I would NOT recommend this place.
