NillWe stayed here recently for the 1st time and really enjoyed it. The room was great, everything was very clean. They have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower and moisturizer in the bathroom. The staff were very kind and easy to work with. The restaurant was super busy the Saturday night we were there and they seemed a bit short staffed. The kitchen is on the other side of the hotel so staff was in and out a lot and sometimes customers were left alone in the restaurant for what seemed like extended periods of time. The food was good though and one person (tall, thin, dark hair, in black jeans) was doing the work of 3 people. They really went above and beyond, even though they were super busy.

NillI stay here about once a week. This is one of my favorite places to stay. The rooms are always clean and well supplied. The staff is amazing and make you feel like family. I am disabled and travel with a service dog. The staff is always willing to assist me with any concerns or needs. I would highly recommend staying here when your visit or traveling through this area. You won't be disappointed.

NillHotel was nice and the rooms were clean. It was pretty noisy at night which was irritating. We were also approached by a man claiming they ran out of gas at the BP down the way and needed gas money. Wouldn't take no for an answer, but some other guest helped them. Also we were approached by 2 other men while we were trying to drive out of the parking lot. They wouldn't move and but kept driving so they would move. The hotel should really have a no trespassing sign and take care of people constantly walking through the parking lot. It didn't really feel too safe after that.

NillDiamond Members beware! Check in was okay, and eventually the status was recognized and no cookie was offered. You built the brand based on that cookie folks… people notice these things! The benefits are a bit meaningless here because it seems this property didn’t read the list. This kind of thing has been happening at Hilton properties over the years, so usually I just take it in stride (as I build status with a different brand), but when I’m just flatly denied a late check-out without discussion, I have to let people know. The front desk didn’t know I was only looking for an extra hour… because they didn’t even bother to ask. All I got was a rude “no, sorry, housekeeping gave us a limit and we have already reached that limit.” Okay, I won’t be back. I won’t encourage anyone I know to stay here either. Diamond for decades and a Hilton Business member… bye bye!

NillFinally I get to write a good review about a DoubleTree. Most across the country are total garbage but this was a welcome change. Newly renovated, beautiful lobby. This doubletree feels much more like a traditional Hilton property vs a doubletree property. What really sticks out about this property is the housekeeping attention to detail and maintenance. Everything works. Everything is clean. How many doubletrees have towel art?? Very nice touch.

NillThis hotel is always on point since I've been staying there over the past couple of years. The linen and rooms are always clean. I enjoy the credit for Gold members, not to mention the amazing cookies! The fitness center and pool area are always clean and well-kept. Whatever you all are doing to maintain a clean, safe and vibrant stay, please continue to do it! I travel often and this is probably my favorite place to stay because they consistently exceed expectations. Not to mention, I am very picky! The staff is always welcoming as well.

NillWill not stay here again. Room overlooking the front desk was noisy through the night. Front desk staff had music playing and they were extremely loud. The curtains could not be pulled all the way through, so light from the main lobby made the room too bright for nighttime. The refrigerator was also loud.

NillThis is such a conflicted review because I expect better from a Hilton. Doubletree gave away the ADA accessible room I had booked that morning. The evening manager, Jordan, was sorry, but there was no options except to put us in a regular room. They wouldn't even have noticed the slip up I think except I had printed my reservation confirmation that listed the ADA room specifically. A regular room does not have the multiple grab bars, a movable handheld shower, or a seat. A seat was put in our room's tub(though it was placed at an angle which we didn't see until using in the early morning hours, so water just ran onto the floor upon hitting it.) Jordan did comp the room, which I felt was fair. He was going to add 10,000 points to our Hilton rewards as well, but I don't think that happened. While giving us the room for free was good and though my daughter needed the accomodations due to a knee injury and surgery that was happening the next morning, I can't imagine if this had happened to someone who was wheelchair bound. I hope our room went to someone who was in more dire straits. Otherwise, the room was clean and nice. There was the usual, coffee maker, refrigerator. No microwave, just so you know. The hotel would be a nice place to stay. It was quiet on the 5th floor. Multiple elevators which kept waiting to a minimum. It was a bit of a challenge to find a parking space. We didn't eat here, though the restaurant area looked spacious and nice.
