NillAmazing location for visiting Madison and the University. Just a block from State Street and a few blocks from both the university and the capitol building. Service was very good with friendly front desk staff. Our two-queen bed was very comfortable and the cleaning staff were great. Parking is valet only as this section of Madison has very limited parking in general. The gym is quite small but only once was it full. The restaurant upstairs has a limited menu with mostly bar food. The coffee shop on the first floor was quite convenient for my morning coffee. We would definitely stay here if visiting the university again. My only real complaint was related to noise on Saturday night when a lot of guests must have been returning drunk to their rooms around 2:00 am and making a lot of noise.

NillMy husband and I had a great stay over a long weekend in February. The service was great - valet quickly took care of our vehicle, and Oliver at the Front Desk was outstanding. They were able to check us into a beautiful corner room a bit earlier than standard check-in time, and frequently sent messages to check up on us during our stay. We had a drink at the 7th floor bar and the service and F&B was also stellar. Can't wait to come back on our next trip up to Madison!

NillGreat hotel! Super comfy! Amazing location! Funky unique furnishings and decor. Downsides... No parking ..though they have valet. Workout room has nice equipment...but it's tiny and limited. (Room for 3 people) Looking forward to my next stay.

★★★★★Madison is such a fun college town - and my family really enjoyed our stay at the Graduate. We really enjoyed the college themed decor, the rooms were smaller but clean, and the property was well-maintained. The front desk staff was helpful and personable and are great representatives of the property. The location was also excellent - could not have been more convenient. I would highly recommend.

NillJust a great eclectic spot just a few steps from state street. The bed was so comfortable and rooms were clean. Jayde running the valet was sweet and efficient. The coffee and breakfast sandwich in the cafe were excellent as well. This hotel does not disappoint

NillCan't get any closer to the UW Madison campus. Rooms were quiet and kept clean the entire stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Valet service was super fast.

NillThe room was cozy and beautiful with a very comfortable bed, amenities that suited all my needs and kind staff! For breakfast they had a la carte options at a little cafe in their lobby that was convenient and tasty. We also booked the upper restaurant for a film shoot and Matthew and his staff made it so flawlessly easy and even set up a drink station and catered to every need we had. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here. The only "pressure" points were parking when arriving. Since it is so close to the city center with lots of restaurants and housing a lot of college students were parking there to run and snag their food orders. BUT Valet was amazing and very reasonably priced at $34 for overnight parking till 4PM the next day.

★★★★This was my first stay here. I have seen this hotel in searches before but the price was always higher than what I could get another decent hotel for. This time I was staying on a Sunday night before a campus tour so the price was lower and I went for it, namely for the location. ||The pros: Location! It’s only a 5 min walk to the union to sit by the water. Easy access to state street too. Rooms and lobby had really cute decor and touches. I did notice the lobby was mostly filled with college kids studying, this might be off putting to some guests, but I actually felt it was nice for the hotel to not kick these kids out. Room had hot water and comfortable beds. Small in room fridge too. ||The cons: No self park, but valet was quick, never waited more than 5 mins to get my car. The room had no security latch on the door, which was surprising. You also don’t need a key card to go up in the elevator. Also, the beds were SO loud. Like loud sheets and whatever topper they have on the bed, there was no turning over undetected. Bathroom is small and needs some work for a Hilton but it was clean. ||I would probably stay here again for the location, but I’ve also stayed at similar or nicer hotels in Madison for the same or less money.
