Value Inn - Oak Creek / I94 Ext 322

I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times in the last year and a half. I often stay in the area for work and get off very late, like 2am. In the past I had no issues checking in this late at this location, so when I booked my hotel through a 3rd party, I assumed that would still be the case. When I get to the hotel, however, nobody is there. So I am unable to stay and have to find new accommodations last minute. I see that they have changed their latest checkout time and now nobody is on site throughout the night. This was an honest mistake on my part, and seems like it shouldn’t be a huge deal for the hotel to refund me on good faith over the misunderstanding. When I call the hotel, they tell me I have to call the third party booking company, which I do, and all they do is call the hotel themselves(I really don’t see why I can’t directly speak to them about the booking). The front desk advises the booking agent that they will need to call back tomorrow to speak with a manager. I am hoping everything goes well, and I will be happy to either delete this review or give 5-stars if I get my refund

Went to get a slushee at a gas station next door around 11pm. Left my room key, wallet, and cellphone in the room. Nobody was working the front desk at night so there is NOBODY to let you in the middle of night in December. Room was disgusting, shower rail was insanely bent from someone trying to hurt themselves, shower felt like I was going to fall through it, toilet constantly ran making obnoxious noise, bathroom ceiling vent is infested with spider webs, had little to no tissue in their box, beds felt like they were ordered on Wish. Absolutely disgusting place. Thank you for charging me $65 for a whole 4 hours in my room before I was permanently locked out. Great business model.

On 12-02-24 my boyfriend Shaun Wuerl recently rented a room at the Value Inn, My friend was going with us and the minute we walked in, we saw a dried blood stain on the floor, brown stains on the bathtub, dirt and grime all over, a dead mosquito on the wall. Then we decided to check for bed bugs… we may be wrong but we know what dried blood looks like, we lifted the mattress and on the box spring it looked like dried blood all on the side of it and big spots of blood in the middle of the bed. I will attach the photo and video I have below. We did not stay there and was told to talk to the manager the next morning for a refund. She told us that because the blood wasn’t on the mattress, we weren’t getting a refund. Meaning they are aware of the state of that room, but because they get to keep the money because it wasn’t on the mattress, they can just leave it there. And there was multiple stains on the walls as well. I was told to contact you by my boyfriend’s father because it’s a biohazard. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The hotel was perfectly good for a night or two. Friendly staff and comfortable beds- the rooms aren’t dirty, it’s just an old building. We didn’t notice any bugs or grossness like a lot of the reviews are saying. For the price it’s a fair deal. The guy at the front desk was also really cool when we had to go several times to switch out our room key. If you’re looking for a five star luxury hotel this obviously isn’t it, but it’s a perfectly decent hotel for the price and a nice distance from Milwaukee. We bought a can of Glade and had a great weekend visit!

This is by far my favorite motel to stay at in the entire state of WI. Not only is it cute how it's tucked away in a little forest like area... But it also has the architecture of a castle 🏰🩷! The rooms are ALWAYS immaculate NEVER dirty. Theyalways have hot coffee at the front, a hair dryer is provided, a phone is provided... As well as a fridge and a microwave, ect... It's always easy to book online or in the lobby & the employees are always wonderful 😊👍🏼

I agree that this establishment is a little dated however, the rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely polite, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being so hospitable and making sure we were taken care of while my truck was broke down. Y’all are awesome

I wasn’t greeted when I went in the dingy office area, they two ladies almost seemed bothered by me being there. Location was the only thing that I will rate as great! The rooms are outdated and the beds are SUPER uncomfortable. If we were here longer than just overnight I wouldn’t have booked here. We got here 30 min before check in of 2pm. I asked if I could check in early, there was hardly anyone here or appeared to not be many people. I was able to but had to pay $25 more when they actually charged me $30 more. Granted $5 is only $5 but it’s the principle of what they said and what they did. The shower was nice and hot so that’s nice, but the bed creaked and was hard. I will not be back here. I’d rather spend a few dollars more and stay by the airport area.

Well I’ve been here a few times and never had a problem. Was always decently priced and decent rooms. This time I decided I’m never going back. Roaches in the bed and in the bathroom. I was told the lady couldn’t do anything about it until the supervisor came in or I had to wait until the cleaning crew could come in an hour. When I found the second one in the bed I walked to the front and she was magically able to give me a refund. She also didn’t seem surprised at all when I told her of the roaches. Anyways I went to the travelodge only a little ways away and it was a dollar more and MUCH better rooms all around. Won’t be back here. Ever.
