Best Western Plus Wausau-Rothschild Hotel

was reasonably priced, room was nice - clean and just ad pictured! The breakfast was also really good. Did not utilize the pool. Workout room was small and in the same area as guest laundry - so a little warm. Overall would recommend and stay again!!!

The room was showing a little wear, but still nice and comfortable. Breakfast is above most others. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The pool is absolutely wonderful. Nice and warm like it should be. Hot tub is also good. Not too hot that you can only use it 10 minutes.

Positive: Great staff, warm pool, nice hot tub, variety of food for breakfast Negative: The rooms were cold. The heating system didn't work properly. First room the auto and low settings didn't work on the heater. The high fan was to loud to sleep comfortably, we moved to another room, it to was cold too and heater didn't work properly.

Positive: Staff is easily the friendliest I ever encountered. Room was dated but very clean. Negative: Well. Breakfast wasn?t very good any of the days here. Eggs always crusty on the edges and not fresh. Sausage links were gray colored, just not appetizing. But..its a hotel breakfast. ?????

The hotel reasonably priced, and the staff was very nice, but the hotel itself is very dated. Run down carpet and scuffs on every door. It's not bad, but for how high it was rated, I expected more.

Traveling with pets. Great green space to potty dogs. Had an elevator, king separate bedroom suite was very spacious. The only issue is that the air conditioner is only in the living area and nit in the bedroom, so it gets warm at night. Wonderful breakfast options

Rooms were very clean. Service was top-notch. Suggestions for dinner were perfect. Feels like your own apartment. Big and kitchette in my room.

Love staying here, this is my home away from home. I've stayed here a lot for work and I never have a complaint (except when it snows). The staff is really great since the new owners took over. The new in house manage doesn't hide in the office like the old manager did.
