NillI had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and the service was top-notch. Really Rose Brazil was an incredible host—friendly, attentive, and always ready with great local recommendations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

NillWe booked a group of 10 rooms and the conference room for my dad's 80th birthday. It was a great experience. The rooms are very large with a ton of storage and basically a full kitchen. This worked really well for us since we had a bunch of food that we were using for the birthday party and weekend celebrations and there was a refrigerator large enough to accommodate everything. We also had a large microwave and some large serving bowls in our room for reheating food the second day. AND and dishwasher in the room for dirty dishes! :) This hotel would be perfect for someone needing a longer term place to stay. The double room was really spacious--about twice the size of hotel rooms at a standard hotel. Also everything was brand new and very clean. Bed was comfortable (especially compared with the place we stayed at while in transit). For the birthday party, we booked the conference room for two days. There was plenty of space, tables and chairs for the 25 of us that were there. There was also a projector and screen which we hooked our computer up to, allowing us to watch the Badger basketball game as a family on Saturday. The common areas of the hotel were also very nice, freshly updated and clean. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids especially and the lobby had really nice seating area and provided a great place to enjoy the really good and ample breakfast (make your own waffles, toast/bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit). Even the workout room was really nice. Bonus points for being pet friendly, close to the exit from the highway, and close to lots of shopping/restaurants. We will definitely be back for family gatherings and I will also definitely try Home2 Suites in other towns while travelling. It was great!!

NillI have definitely had worse hotel experiences, but I am also in no rush to return to this hotel. My original room had no hot water prompting staff to "reset the boiler." They asked me to wait 10 minutes while running the water to encourage the hot water. Both sinks became hot in that time, but the shower never did so they relocated me. The next morning at breakfast I found that the coffee was not hot and asked them to refresh it. They proceeded to tell me that it was hot and were unwilling to correct the problem.

★★Stayed here for a 3 night business trip. It was just ok, Not good, not bad, The staff did not recognize my Diamond membership but as it's usually only a bottle of water anyway, no big deal.||The biggest deal was the smell. As soon as I entered the lobby upon arrival, I was almost knocked over by the smell of chlorine from the indoor pool. Seriously, it was overpowering. I didn't leave my room again the first night but as soon as I got into the elevator the next morning (on the 3rd floor), I could smell it again. And that smell remained for the entire 3 nights. I think I may have singed a membrane.||My room was just ok. It was clean and functional. I didn't notice much traffic noise - there was more noise from other guests. I didn't eat breakfast as I don't like that all Home2 Suites use that hot glass cabinet to store the breakfast sandwiches. It just dries them out so they're like bullets when you try to bite into them.||All in all, I would not stay here again,

NillOverall, a good stay. Would definitely stay again if traveling through the area and needed a place to stay for the night. I would be a little hesitant to make it a destination or extended stay, if I planned on relaxing or getting some really good sleep. The Good: Decent hotel at a convenient location. Appeared well-maintained and clean. Rooms were spacious and affordable. Staff were friendly. The area felt very safe and I felt comfortable outside the building late at night and did not feel like our car was at risk of being bothered while we slept. Food and shopping options close by. The Not-So-Good: Noise from the highway was very loud. Parking was a little full late night. For us, that meant parking in the back which then meant walking the length of the entire building to get to the elevator, go up 4 floors, then walking the entire length of the building back again to get to our room on the end. We don't mind stairs but with luggage, it is a challenge.

NillOften stay for work, several times a month. Overall a fair, safe place to stay. PRO: Included light continental breakfast, central location, but far enough away from downtown Milwaukee to be able to walk around at night and enjoy the outdoor patio. Staff always greet me with a smile. Love the pick your room option being a Hilton Rewards Member-Awesome perk, especially if you come frequently, you know which rooms you like. CON: I started coming in May of 2024. I had one room on the second floor that had a moderate amount of hair, dust, dirt on the box spring and behind the headboard (I always do thorough checks immediately when I enter my rooms for bed bugs of the bedding and mattress). I was coming back to bring breakfast to my room and the housekeeper was outside the room and asked if everything was okay in my room. I told her not quite and she followed me into the room (mind you back in May or June of this year) and showed her that I actually slept on the pull-out couch which seemed cleaner than the bed. She asked me If I had ever been a housekeeper....Which seemed odd.....? What does that have to do with keeping a room clean? I actually said yes. I was a housekeeper for 3 years in a medical facility before I started my medical career. She said "well then you know that we cannot deep clean each room because that is too difficult.." I said well you still need to do your job as pets stay in these rooms, which is fine, but the pet dander and hair need to be cleaned due to people with severe allergies, etc. Leaving the dander build leads to fleas and infestations. She nodded her head and said okay, and walked out. CON: Since then I never book on the 2nd floor. As of recent (October 2024) it seems their quality has decreased over the summer. I grabbed a carton of milk for breakfast and the expiration was in 2 days. I opened it and took a drink and it literally burned my mouth it was so sour. I immediately spit it out and dumped the carton down the drain in my room. The hot tub was luke warm-not hot by any means. PRO: Overall the cleanliness seemed exceptional in all of my other rooms, even with moving the beds each time I occupy a room. It's almost like they know I'm coming and going to check that. CON: The king suites have showers only, which is a bummer. I prefer tubs for soaking after a long day of work. The walls are PAPER THIN. I have never been to another hotel in my life where you can literally hear EVERYTHING. I usually put the overhead fan on to sleep to cut out the noise. The even sides are better for noise because you are not facing I 94, as on the odd side for rooms. PRO: A huge plus is the small prep kitchen. When I stay for several days they have a full size fridge/freezer for food and a microwave. You can also utilize portable cook tops to prepare items in your room which is great. PRO: Overall its a fair, safe option in the Milwaukee area that seems to consistently deliver. I feel safe hanging my head here, and confident I will not take bed bugs home (currently).

NillThis was my first stay at a Home2 Suites hotel and I loved it. We had a two room suite that had a kitchenette and living room, a separate bedroom with king bed and large bathroom. This room was so spacious and perfect for two adults and two children ages 2 and 1. The staff at this hotel were wonderful. So friendly and welcoming. Always ready to help with a smile. Rose was especially kind to us, made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. She gave us extra water and my grandson a bag of M&M's. The hotel itself was very clean, modern and in a safe area. I would recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!
