Holiday Inn Cody - Convention Center, an IHG Hotel

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Cody for 14 nights and experienced hospitality at its best. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Housekeeping took great care of our room. We had breakfast every morning at the hotel restaurant. The service and food were amazing. We had there a cool nights and enjoyed it also. I give our stay an overall rating of 10. Thank you Holiday Inn Cody.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn! The food was fresh and absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Our hotel room was spotless, and I felt completely safe staying here with my family. My teenagers especially enjoyed the pool, spending hours having fun with their cousins. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer, but our tour schedule didn’t allow it. Kudos to the manager Nyla Brotherton! Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly stay!

I was supposed to fly into Sheridan but was diverted to Cody due to the weather. The staff at the Holiday Inn was so nice and accommodating. The hotel room was standard but clean and roomy. The location central to several shops, like a Walgreens and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. I didn't have transportation but everything I needed was easy to access. Hotel has mini-store inside it, too, for small meals/snacks and a few toiletry items.

We stayed five nights at this location. The first night we were in a room for handicapped customers which we are not. They said that is what we had on our reservation but that was not true. We were able to get a standard room the next day and we moved. This room was more what we were looking for but the one afternoon we decided to end our travels to Yellowstone early and just have a relaxing afternoon. I was wearing white socks and was walking around the room when I noticed my socks were getting black on the bottoms. I looked at my slippers which had a white sole and they were black on the bottoms. The carpet was a dark color but it must have been very dirty. This was a big disappointment for me. I thought Holiday Inn was better than this. Someone with very dirty shoes must have stayed in this room. They must have had grease on their shoes. Now that I am back home I spent yesterday cleaning our shoes and slippers so that this grease won't end up on my carpets and floors. I have never had this happen to us in the past. Has a restaurant on site which is a big plus. Also, the accessible rooms are close to the lobby. JENNIFER and JONATHAN were very accommodating and reflected very favorably on the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, pancakes, french toast, and a choice of bacon, sausage and ham at a carving station. A very pleasant find on a long road trip and an excellent stay.

Great service at the front desk. Full of information. We called hotel on our way over got us right in. Very clean rooms. The hotel it sent is very quiet but also close enough to the main drag we could just walk.

Pleasantly surprised! Older Hotel but comfortable, clean, and affordable! The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Every person we encountered there was friendly and courteous, and gave the impression that we were the most important thing they had going on! Great bed, perfect pillows and clean bath! Our room was on the ground floor next to an entrance/exit and a stairwell, so we expected noise but I never heard anything that interrupted my sleep or peace. We stayed 5 nights and if I am back in Cody, I will stay there again. We always had other plans and did not eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on it.

We had a very pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and quiet. All staff members were very courteous and friendly and the property itself was clean and well maintained. The chair in the room was small and slightly uncomfortable and the coffee bar was lacking.
