Best Western Dunmar Inn

Not bad for an affordable motel. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, though the bed could use replacement soon. The main issue was the wifi was terrible, completely unusable. I tried in several locations and devices and even if there were full bars it was bad. The breakfast was better than average in the restaurant. The young staff member didn't really know what she was doing at check in.

Positive: Upgraded our room. Super comfortable! Great location to walk to dinner at the lounge. Breakfast was great! Tv was enjoyable and ice machine was next door! Negative: Music in the lounge was heavy metal. Asked server to change it and she did.

We had a great stay with our pup at the Dunmer Inn. The room was clean and large. The front desk was happy to accommodate us when our first room smelled like cigarette smoke. |We ate dinner and had the complimentary breakfast at the Legal Tender restaurant, both were great. My husband loved the Chuck Steak, and the staff was awesome, shout out to Gavin, Zach, and Kat.

Great place to stop when traveling on I-80. Hotel is an older facility, which is an asset as the rooms are large. The rooms are clean, and the heat works great for the cold Wyoming night(s) when we were staying at the hotel. Even though it is an older establishment, I want to emphasize that the cleaning crew does an amazing job. Every room I have stayed at has been spotlessly clean. Bed is very comfortable, and also has very good pillows. It is very quiet. There is a restaurant and bar on site as well, which is great when you just want to get some dinner and go to bed. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are all very friendly and very efficient. I have now stayed at the Best Western Dunmar Inn on at least six occasions when traveling east/west on I-8- from Illinois to Nevada, and it has been an excellent stay each time.

Unique layout of rooms provides privacy from other guests. Staff was excellent in meeting our needs. A REAL breakfast. Super service. The room was immaculate. The room has space to relax and or watch TV. The pillows were awesome. Why wouldn’t someone stay here?!

Kind and helpful staff, dated but clean rooms with comfortable beds. Also quiet, love that. Pet-friendly, pull-up right to your room for parking and large truck parking nearby.

We stayed here to avoid driving through the snow this weekend. When I went to check in, I slipped on the ice because they hadn’t shoveled or salted anything. We were also disappointed to see there was no where to buy snacks or drinks or necessities in the lobby. The rooms themselves were decent. The beds were clean and soft but the door looked like it was about the fall of the hinges. There was also no smoke detector in the room and the place smelled like cigarettes for being a non-smoking establishment. The breakfast was disappointing but it was free so that was expected.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. Reasonable price. Amber and Sean at the front desk were very friendly and went out of their way for us. We needed a couple of extra pillows and extra coffee sets and they quickly took care of us. There is just one thing...not really a thing...we had a good laugh at the size of the toilet. It is tiny! My husband is 6'3" and he said it's hard to sit comfortably when your knees are in your chin 😂
