Poste Montane Lodge by East West Hospitality

Someone on TripAdvisor strongly suggested booking here. I do not recall if that influenced my decision but I completely agree! We have an every 3-4 year Colorado spring skiing trip and this is definitely where we will stay the next time. We were impressed with the property, the location, the grandeur, the breakfast, and especially the hospitality, knowledge, and professionalism of two great crew members Hailey and Scott. We simply loved our stay and agree with the previous poster to book this property!

This was our second time staying at Poste Montane and it was delightful. I love the "feel" of the place, elegant, yet very casual. Our suite was huge - 2 bedrooms, a living room and 3 bathrooms. Breakfast was good, housekeeping was very efficient and everyone was pleasant and friendly. Little things like parking and laundry were so easy. Amazing location, but a little noisy at night when kids liked to scream A LOT at the colorful fountain. A huge added bonus is the pool and hot tubs at the Park Hyatt.

As owners here for 25 years we have seen many changes at the Poste as well as the Beaver Creek Village. Excellence in service is top notch. The rooms are comfortable and continue to be updated as needed. The daily housekeeping is outstanding. Daily breakfast is appealing to all, fresh fruit, hot oatmeal and an ever changing daily menu. Ralph one of the breakfast servers is top notch. Complimentary laundry washers and dryers great.|Hot tub, sauna and steam available on lower level as well as use from the Spa across the plaza. Adjacent to Blue Moose for pizza or other items , up the stairs to Dusty Boot for happy hour:) As well as many other restaurants within a short walk.|We were there for both Birds of Prey, this year mens first weekend the following weekend womens. The transportation system within the village was great

Just finished staying one full week at the Post Montane. My family and I loved every minute of it. Can't beat the location right in the hear of the Village, ski-in/ski-out, access to several restaurants and more. Staff super helpful and friendly with everything and offered some great advice. Breakfast was wonderful and helped fueled us up to be on the mountain on all day. We really dug the old school vibe of the architecture. Our one bedroom suite was quite spacious for the 4 of us. Able to store our skis in the ski locker. Plus, they have boot dryers as well which was a really nice touch. Next time we return to Beaver Creek will definitely being staying there again!

Wonderful front desk and breakfast staff. Rooms were warm and quiet. Walking distance restaurants available even though off-season. As a recreational runner, the altitude is an adjustment, but the beautiful surroundings are worth the effort!||Breakfast was ample and the staff was very pleasant. ||We travel quite a lot around the world, so this was a nice, easy trip from the Denver area. Honestly, it was a bargain for the accommodations and we will likely go again!

I stayed here just two nights while working a conference. The location is great and the rooms are sizeable and the bed was comfortable. I just was surprised by some of the lack of services. There is no bell person to help you with your car or your bags. I checked in at around 6 PM and walked upstairs (from where I had left my car and my bags) and there was no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes. I went looking for someone in the restaurant and when I came back in, the man was back behind the desk. I said something about what a weird way it was to check in (no one downstairs, no one upstairs)…He didn’t say anything like, Oh sorry, I just had to step away and we are a little short staffed …or whatever. Just looked at me like I was expecting too much.||That said, you can’t beat the location, the price of parking was extremely reasonable, the sauna is nice and I heard good things about the free breakfast (though missed it because of having to leave early for work). I guess I just expected a little higher level of service and friendliness for the price.

beds good and the staff are great. Perfect location and liked having a fireplace in the room. scott and Abby were very knowledgeable and helpful . Enjoyed the access to the hyatt fitness center and pool and hot tubs . Base mnt sports were awesome for renting bikes . Good having the blue moose pizza in Building

Please be mindful of their cancellation policy. Due to doctor's orders, we are unable to travel and have a doctor's note to confirm this. Despite our situation, they are unwilling to attempt rebooking the rooms to help us secure a refund. While we do have travel insurance, it does not cover the full amount. I fully understand their policy, but I was hoping for some flexibility or assistance in filling the rooms. Just something to keep in mind when booking with them
