Room was very clean and service was excellent and yes no bedbugs and pet friendly will be back this weekend

Great place to spend the night... I just spent one night because of my graduation practice and my graduation ceremony starts the next day. Just a reminder...bring some hygiene supplies like toothpaste because they don't have any. They have a small packet of shampoo but that's not gonna last. So bring shampoo. I really recommend staying here if you want to spend the night. As for Roosevelt Warm Springs students who's graduating and need a place to spend the night, I recommend staying here!

You get what you ask for. A small outdated room, with hotel beds, not enough pillows, and what not. BUT... We had some really awkward settings this stay. A huge storm had blown by and the power was out. Talk about miserable. However, the staff made sure that we all were comfortable and gave us a candle for our room. They kept us updated when the power was going to be back on. The room was clean and neat. The only problem I believe people would have is that I'm a rather loud person with an autistic child. So our neighbors could hear us. I'll make a special request next time to have at least a room between another guest and myself. Over all, the visit was good. TLDR: +: working wifi, great staff, and awesome ability to adapt to extenuating circumstances. Also a good bargain for a room. -: Room is out dated.

The room had a unbearable mothball smell, so much it made 2 of us sick. We did not stay the 2nd night booked because of this and the fact that a bug crawled across the bed as we got up... The staff, that spoke minimal English, did not care about our unpleasant stay. I did ask for a discount and she immediately said no. Might have been a cheap stay but definitely not worth it. I would have rather slept in our van.

It could of been better the room had oder cause it wasn't cleaned correctly smelled of animals yes it's pet friendly but not clean friendly 😒

We were looking for a place to stay and our GPS sent us here as a "DAYS INN". It is no longer a Days Inn and I am glad because I have stayed at some Days Inns and this is so much cleaner!! I requested a ground floor room so parking was convenient right outside our door, the room did not have any smells of cleaner - it smelled fresh and clean, the staff at the desk were friendly and so helpful, it is located away from the Roosevelt Hwy so it is quiet, TV is clear and easy to operate, free WiFi and internet worked perfectly - also free!, beds were clean and comfortable, and the cost to stay is very reasonable!

This place wasn't all too great. There was a weird odor admitting from the showers and the comforters were extremely dirty. Not to mention they have no style when it comes to decorating a hotel lobby. The whole place reeked of grandma's house. And the entire location of the place is sketchy overall. I gave it two stars because there wasn't any bed bugs.

BED BUGS & when brought to her attention she refused to refund me saying I used the room. I didn’t I put my things down and walked back out to visit family. When I returned and prepared to lay down is when I seen/felt the bugs.
