Miles Motel

Changed the price on me once I got there after I booked online. Tried to charge me an extra $20 for the room. I refused to pay more for what a reserved it for, we went back and forth and then requested my I. D and credit card back because i didnt want anything to do with this hotel any longer. She wouldn't give it back for a few minutes, and we were going back and forth again, i told her sternly she had my property, my credit card, and my ID and I wanted it back immediately and was no longer reserving the room. Then I saw her swipe my card.They are committing fraud, i will be contacting police.

If I could give no stars I would. Property is filthy. Rooms are infested by both roaches and bed bugs they also have a bee problem on site. I have been stung at least twice in my room. They use only watered down insecticide to treat maybe once a month. Owners are slumlords who only care about money. AC has stopped working at least 3 times since February and they don't actually fix it. Owners also will demand to keep your physical id in the office hostage if you owe them any amount of money.

Place is disgusting. Roaches everywhere, and falling from the ceiling. No one at the front desk cares about anything. My fridge has not been working for 2 days now and no one has came to look at it. Complained about the bugs and they said to go to dollar tree and buy cheap traps, and that pest control comes every Tuesday, yet we’ve been here since 01/01/24 and no one has shown. It shouldn’t be our responsibility to take care of the bugs. Lawn company wakes everyone up at 7 am multiple times per week. Room didn’t even come with a mattress or frame, only a nasty stained broken box spring. When we moved in it took them 3 days to come fix our shower as we had no water coming through and no hot water in the kitchen. This is the worst motel I’ve ever seen. This place needs to be shut down.

We came to the motel and it looked torn up, so ghetto on the side of the motel some white old lady was buying drugs. The front desk lady sent us to another apartment place called silver Creek we went into the room we were looking at the rooms we thought it was sort of nice, then my eldest spotted mold, my husband spotted spores in one of the rooms and closest. We decided not to stay there and they wouldn't refund the money. My husband has the pics of all the spores and mold.

Be very cautious about this place suspect that there is hidden cameras inside units, also strange black guy that lives there harrases guest and tenants and somehow knows what's going inside people's apartment which is very weird and management is involved.

Don’t live here or stay here unless you like bed bugs and roaches. Law enforcement and EMS are always there for drug overdoses and drug issues. Mesa PD has told me they want that place to burn. Also management sucks and they are rude

This place was infested with roaches. We seen at least 50 roaches in the room. The management acted like it's a normal thing and we were just being unreasonable. It was absolutely disgusting. They gave us keys to 3 rooms every one of them the walls were crawling. They were even on the bed. I will never stay there. I would rather sleep in the desert. The woman up front was horrible and ripped us off. We were in each room for about 30 seconds. Long enough for the roaches to crawl across your feet. And the woman charged us $150 saying they had to service the room again. THEY DONT SERVICE THE ROOMS. They might feed the roaches and bed bugs. They are definitely happy and healthy there and abundant! The place literally made me jump out the front door as the floor and walls were alive with roaches. It's worse than I can describe it and the lady up front encourages criminal activity. She is a criminal herself and she calls people ahead of time to let them know the cops are there and heading to their room. It's unbelievably foul. The residents, the staff and the bugs. Can't say enough about what a horrible experience I had there. The colinade is just as bad and they are affiliated. There is probably a tram for the roaches to get back and forth safely. The fridge was alive when you opened the door. It's like something from a horror movie. No joke. There is a 100% chance you will leave with roaches and bed bugs.
