Riviera Motel

I recently stayed at the Riviera Motel and was genuinely impressed by all the improvements they've made. The property looks so much better—clean, well-kept, and clearly cared for. You can tell the owners have put in a lot of effort to make the place more comfortable and inviting. The room was spotless, and everything felt fresh and updated. It’s clear that cleanliness is now a top priority here. The owners were also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s great to see this kind of positive change

They locked me out of my room and didn't let me get my possessions back from the room they locked me out of. They said I owe them for a new lock that cost them $300 to replace. We all know it only cost $40 max to put a new door lock on. My possessions were over $2,000 and they won't give them back. They're horrible people. Don't stay here! They'll rip you off.

No bed bugs. But the room was not very clean. Didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a long time. The walls need painting, furniture and appliances need to be replaced and updated. If the staff would put even just a little effort into the up keep of this place it has the potential of being a decent motel. Even though they don't have bed bugs, I will not stay here again, price is to high for the quality of the room. I'd much rather pay $50 less down the street at the Silver Spur their rooms are very nice and very clean.

Very cold room, large room but the baseboard heaters couldn't combat the cold coming from the north. Opposed to no illegal activities and drug use will not be permitted, even before vacating my truck was approached and solicited. Better off some place else

My unit had lots of baby roaches in the bathroom, and roaches crawling on the beds. Place could use a remodel. Bathtub really needs a slip resistant strip. But its mostly who normally rents there. Front desk is actually really nice.

The owner is very helpful and genuine. The rooms are clean. No bed bugs but a few cockroaches. As soon as we let the caretakers know they came in and sprayed. By far one of the best cheaper extend stay motels on Colfax. Thank you Riveria Hotel!!

I have never had to ask for a refund due to cleanliness of room. I asked for a refund on this very dirty room. The attendant lady was violently screaming and refused to give me a refund. She forced me to wait for her to arrive at the room to retrieve my belongings. She was screaming incessantly. I told her to stop shouting and asked for a refund. She physically threatened my with a fire extinguisher. She was less than afoot away from me. I took pictures of the room and her blocking my access to the room to retrieve my things. I am issuing a complaint against her and the Riviera Motel.

This place was rather expensive. 350/wk for a room with no kitchenette. It did have a good working tv and decent shower. If the price were different I’d rate 5 stars. The owner is really nice as well.
