Rooms were clean. Somewhat updated. Lots of pillows, mini fridge, microwave, ironing board, iron, Small desk area. Not bad for the price. Great location tons of restaurants right around!

The innkeeper, Cane, was very kind (be sure to pay your bill before 11AM). I didn't see any evidence of insects, trust me I looked!!! I stayed for 3 weeks in-between places. The housekeepers were very sweet and accommodating. The location was great! There were convenience stores, pharmacies, fast food, restaurants, grocers, and retail shops all within a 2 minute walk. The 11, and 40 bus stops were right across the street, light rail 1.5 miles away. The nearby neighborhood was affluent and seemed very safe. The air conditioner plus my box fan drowned out the traffic noise at night. The parking lot and neon signage were well lit, tidy, and well maintained. The other guests seemed pretty chill and quiet because I didn't hear commotion, or yelling. Also, no visitors are allowed in the rooms after 6PM. I didn't see any ladies of the night, those who sell shenanigans, or those who sleep outside on the property (bless them)! There were lots of legit cable channels and Internet. It was modest lodging, and I really enjoyed the smoking room as well lol. Overall, thanks for a pretty chill stay!!

Don't be discouraged by the way it looks on the outside The inside is awesome The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable The AC works fantastically. The front desk staff or extremely accommodating offered the best service.

Driven by this place for many years. Fifty+! It was just what I needed. Spotless room; reasonable price. Traffic noise off Colorado disappeared once the door was closed. Solidly built. Great base for an artist's retreat to Denver. Charlie's Second Hand Tools. Vance Kirkland Museum. Duffeyroll Bakery. Sam's #3 Diner. Four Mile House Tour. Garfield Park lake stroll. Little Saigon shopping center. Belcaro was the best motel home! Thank you.,

It was great for what we needed - the room was bigger than I expected, spacious & clean. It was in a nice enough area, walking distance to food places like ihop, Jimmy johns, etc. Nothing high-end or luxury, but it was good! We’ve come from the UK & just as an FYI for those also from the UK - they only swipe credit cards, they don’t have chip & pin or apple pay, so we had to try various cards before one of ours would swipe! Just something to bear in mind if you’re paying at the hotel

I've stayed here several times and unfortunately the owners who also run the place are rude, demanding, and a tad bit prejudicial. I would not recommend staying here.

It was great for a one night stay. The front desk lady was pretty rude, though, when we tried to check out.
