Anchor Motel

Manager wasn't very friendly and quite strict. Room had no AC. Not worth the price. Rushed out at 10:30. Also there was a man in the room next door getting belligerent on liquor all day and night, had a very loud outdoor conversation at 5 am waking me up and called me a b*****d one night when I left for dinner. These types should not be allowed to stay.

You will be extorted at this motel. They look for any reason to throw you out and keep your money. I also found roaches and bed bugs all over the room! Never stay here.

Was here last week. This place is a dump, but it was late and I needed a place to stay. I can't believe I dished out $85! Grimey, nasty, I didn't even use the shower in the morning it was so gross. I mentioned it when I checked out and they pretended like they didn't hear me. Don't stay here! The next night I stayed at the "Lucky U Motel," It was $25 less, the room was huge & much cleaner.

I recently stayed here 3 nights and had a great experience. The room was definitely worth the nightly rate and management was extremely helpful. On top of that one of the best locations in Denver being right off South Broadway.

The manager whomever I met with was very bristled when I arrived. He was making the room key as I waited, during which time he made me feel like a child being sent to my room. I'm on a hotel voucher, I get the stigma, but we don't need the help being put down.

Heater didn't work at all so it was freezing at night and the shower didn't work at all except for a couple tiny streams. The manager also stated that it is my responsibility to vacuum the room and take trash out. What is the deal with that?? Also if you just motel vouchers, they charge an insane rate of $500/wk. The ONLY good thing about this place was the Xfinity cable channels. I DO NOT recommend this place.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very affordable and it suited me just fine. The staff was helpful with directions to the airport.||||No complaints - it was about what I expected for $69. If I had wanted fancy I would have paid for fancy and gone somewhere else. It was just right for a few hours sleep before a long flight.

The back window does not close completely. The cold air constantly runs and you have no control over the on/off or temperature... so it gets cold. Then the carpet, if you want to call it that is dirty and nasty. The walls are gross. The door has one lock and could easily be kicked open with one kick. The man who manages the property is completely rude and unprofessional... the woman with him is okay. They sit outside and stare, no privacy. Terrible. Never again.
