Niagara House Motel

So I’ve stayed at this place several times. It’s not the greatest, but it’s not the worst either. Last night I stayed there however, and it was horrific. No heat. People screaming, and yelling at each other. The manager got fired recently and he had to move out in the middle of the night. For 120 bucks a night definitely not worth it.

So I came to give one of my friends a ride who was injured and I was asked repeatedly by staff to leave the premises with no explanation and in a super rude manner. It didn't matter if I was picking up an injured person, visitors are not allowed I guess, which is inhumane to their paying customers.

It a OK place to stay if you really need to sleep that not to hard because the police are there a bit but other than that it OK you can smoke in your room unlike the motel 6 that charge you a deposit of 150 dollars if you want to smoke and that doesn't stop them from telling you have to leave for smoking in the room and they come in your room and look around and if they see a ashtray with no ash in it just your left over smokes that you brought back from smoking outside which they lock the door at 9:00 o'clock at and do not unlike them until. 9 o'clock am

This place wasn’t bad. The service was great and the room was pretty good. I actually had an enjoyable stay.

This place is SUPERSKETCHY!! Overrun by managers that sell crack and/blues, and under the approval of a owner taking advantage of the Denver Housing Commission that is serving them all struggling Housing recipients that are vulnerable and easy-to-use for janky gains by the lowest life forms on both ends. Ridiculous that it hasn't been exposed for what it is....a criminal cesspool of criminal activity and extortion. With a rodent problem that's figuratively and literally taking over the entire property...way to be a sucker denver Housing

Very bad rooms t.v's don't work and very pricey 120$ a night not even worth 50$ a night room manager looks like he's scammed before omg this place is not good at all crack Heads everything bad here

Was great until my room was broke into regularly unless I used a knife or screwdriver. not to mention when I left do to unable to afford I was charged for a tv cable yet I NEVER USED THE TV. Lost everything I owned.

The location was not bad. There is a convenience store right across the street. The rooms were not very clean and the carpet was sticky. There was a microwave and mini fridge. The window could be open which was nice because the a.c. didn't work well. He did give us a good price though.
