The Lodge Motel

I’m a truck driver and my truck broke down for the weekend. I decided to stay at the lodge motel in my experience was awesome! They went above and beyond to help me with my stay while I was there including telling me best restaurant in town. This is a must stop place for a great night sleep in clean rooms for a great price and not to mention all the great pictures you can take while there. I most definitely recommend this place 100% .

You don't need a $500,000 cabin in Colorado. The Lodge in Fort Garland gives you a get-a-way place in the heart of Colorado. Friendly, spotless, reasonably priced. AND DOG FRIENDLY? OMG! They have two fenced romping yards. Riley and I watched the sun set over the San Luis Valley as she burned off some red Heeler rocket fuel after a day in the car. Cannot thank you enough for making our visit to the Great Sand Dunes for a dark skies experience so welcoming. Sand Hill Crane migration, my birthday, Mother's Day? I want to come back here.

If you’re staying in Fort Garland Co. check out The Lodge. The manager and her hard working family provide excellent customer service. Surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. This cozy home away from is the place to stay. The friendly accommodating staff treat you like family. We had a great time while staying at the Lodge.

Great 1 night stay, very warm welcome, good heaters system (a must i guess), lots of parking. rooms are a bit oldy, same said for the bathroom. Enjoy!!!

I am posting this on behalf of my Husband, Dwayne (Shorty) Delaune. This is one of the best places to stay. The people are exceptionally nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Very friendly staff. This is a very clean motel. This was my second stay here. I will be staying here again. I also recommend others to stay here as well.

Love this place! Everyone is so nice. Dog friendly. Clean and beautiful!. Great for families couples checks all the boxes if my two dogs could talk, they would tell you you should’ve already booked a room. This place even has a dog park to let your furry friends burn some Energy after a long car ride

The Lodge is an awesome drive up motel in the mountains. The owners are friendly and the price is cheap. There is a nice firepit area and fenced dog park just behind the motel. Rooms are nothing fancy but clean and well maintained. Recommend 👍🏼
