Motel 6 Lakewood, CO - Denver

DON'T STAY AT THIS MOTEL 6! Last June 2024, I made a reservation over the phone for a room for my son and me to stay at this Motel 6 (Lakewood). When I got there, there were only two rooms left. I went to check out both of them. One had no working AC and was warm. The other was a smoking room and stank of smoke. I had already paid for the room when I made the reservation over the phone. The front desk refused to refund my payment of over $100. We ended up staying at the Motel 6 on W 49th Ave (Wheat Ridge), which ended up being much nicer and less expensive as well. Since then, I have called and emailed the manager at Lakewood who refused to give me a refund. I contacted Citibank who also tried to get a refund for me but was unsuccessful. My son and I did not even stay at the Lakewood Motel 6, yet the manager kept my money!

Very small, basic rooms. Showers are a joke, might as well just wash in the sink because the showers have no water pressure. It's like standing under a dripping faucet. The crowd this place attracts is undesirable for the most part. The pricing isn't the best for what you get. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and sleep, probably shouldn't choose this location. Very noisy. Staff in general were helpful, with vending and ice machine on site. Pool on site as well. Walmart is next to the motel as well as a few places to eat out. Very close to inter

The rooms are what you expect for a motel 6. They're not bad if you get kinda lucky. And the location is pretty good, right by a walmart. But the staff is amazing, the manager I believe is wonderful all around.

This is a convenient location. I have stayed here multiple times in a very hard time in my life. I really appreciate the staff at this location. They cheered me up when I was down trying to get back into school and finding jobs. They even gave me the task of picking up dogs doodoo once for a discount, but haven't been back to receive it since. I don't expect a discount if I come back, because it's been so long since then. They are definitely friendly with a pretty clean property. Thank you for all the times you've helped me. Much love, and much appreciation.

Great location right off the highway. Don’t let negative reviews stop you from saving money. Others might have had a bad stay but to me it’s been Good Vibes. Cheap rates. Name changed from Motel 6 to Park Inn. Great customer service from lady at the front. 10 dollar Pet Fee. My stay was pleasant. I work for FedEx OTR and just here for a night. Close to everything. Inside Hotel got a remodel considering it got a new Name change. Recommended even for semi trucks as there’s plenty parking and they don’t mind double parking as long as you don’t take more than 3 parking spots. Don’t listen to negative reviews, it’s quiet thru out the night even if you’re parked in the back. There’s no hookers or loud noises ect people nowadays tend to exaggerate things more than it is. Come have a relax night and enjoy your stay.

The location was prime for what I was doing in Colorado, which is why i gave it a 2 star. This place is now advertised as Park Inn by Radisson. VERY MISLEADING. It was a former motel 6, our room was pretty gross, definitely NOT updated yet. If you need a one night stay, sure this is the place. But I wouldn't want to pay over $70. Unfortunately it cost us $100.

The room smelled badly of vinegar with a fishy smell, the room wasn't even properly cleaned and maintained. I would fire the maintenance staff because even on the stairs was unsafe the last two steps were literally falling off of the stairs well. There was also a kid walking around the hotel all night asking people for fentanyl and clear which made me uncomfortable. I will never go back to this dump of a hotel wish I could have gotten my money back .

Don't think room was cleaned ... There was no towels in the room we weren't the only ones another set of guest came to office right behind me for same issue of no towels ,the bathroom lights didn't work just the fan so had to keep door open to see to take a shower... The Lady in office was gonna try to find us another room but we were already settled in and getting ready for bed as we have to be up at 5am... Floors were dirty and sticky and dust all over headboard and lights..... Absolutely nothing in the room but TV,bed,table with one chair for 2 ppl and the table under TV area and it was $95 🤬 I wasn't even offered a discount for my room or even offered someone to come put at least a lightbulb in 🤷🏼‍♀️ We didn't really wanna have to get up pack up move rooms and redo everything again been driving for a while before arriving 🤦🏼‍♀️ should have stayed elsewhere As a housekeeper this is unacceptable!!!!
