All of the employees are extremely kind and down to earth. The weekly rates you cannot beat. The owners have put a lot of effort into the renovations. The bedding & pillows are nice quality.

I was there 2 weeks ago. The rooms were very nice they just had reopened after a remodel. There's a mini fridge in a microwave oven. The rest of the room look very nice. However I had problems with the check in I don't understand how a motel of that caliber requires a $50 deposit. I can respect the 1:00 check in but not too many people shows up at a hotel or motel at 1:00 p.m. and based on a 1:00 check in there's a 10:00 a.m. When I got there The Innkeeper looked at me as if I was going to have a big party in the room and I couldn't have any company in the room also he reminded me that there was no smoking in the room when I know there's no smoking in the room. The rooms are priced very decent. And they look pretty good I did not like the bed the bed was very uncomfortable but far as the room was very nice I love the remodel. I just don't understand the $50 deposit on a motel room of that caliber as well as the 10:00 a.m. check out that is definitely not cool. And when I ask for a late checkout they threatened that I would lose my deposit. I recommend this motel for travelers who gets in kind of early because the 1:00 p.m. check-in is definitely what a person would like to do when they just get into town ready to rest up and unpack. However the 10:00 a.m. check out is not very nice and I think they really need to readjust that and make it 11:00 am checkout I would definitely love to return there if those matters can be adjusted $50 deposit is not cool for a hotel of that caliber however I can understand where they're coming from but if you pay cash for the motel then you should pay cash deposit they do not allow cash deposit only via credit or debit card so I definitely say they need to get their act together on those issues

New owners have made this place amazing. My room was clean and spacious. Don't let the location fool you or the parking lot. Fool you. Once you're in, it's great. The parking lot may feel uncomfortable to leave your car in, but that's a Colorado problem, not this motel's problem. They are fantastic

Under new ownership, this motel has turned into a gem, a delightful surprise. It’s freshly renovated, halls and rooms are clean, rooms comfortable and equipped not only with minifriges but microwaves. Sturdy, clean furnishings. More than I’ve come to expect from many 3 star hotels. Goes to show what happens when people get together and shower a little love and hard work on a place, it brightens up in no time. Nice place for anyone also carrying a lantern, so to speak, to rest and recharge for a spell - thank you :)

Hidden gem in a local town. Booking on priceline was easiest and their rates are affordable. My room was extremely clean, updated, fully furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. Had an event and checked in after 9pm with ease and rested well for my departure at 6am. I even had a minor date mishap with the priceline app and the management fixed it without any issues. This is a very convenient location with many local and standard food options close by such as Chipotle, Dutch bros, Marcos (highly recommended), 7-11, Subway. My $50 deposit was sent back to my debit card within 72 hours without any issue. Very good stay and will book again in the future!!!

Before renovations I don’t know anything about but very pleased with service and the room. Very affordable and pleasant! Will stay again. If I had to say anything bad it’s maybe the location and lots of people walking around yelling and talking to themselves but we didn’t have a problems.

Great affordable spot to drive to the national park. Staff were friendly, just the small things like giving us a wave as we drove past. Enjoyed the decor, such as paintings on the wall and colourful bedspread, refreshing from all the bland motels were been to recently. Would recommend.

A cute motel down in Longmont, not too far from boulder, and definitely a lot cheaper than staying in boulder. I wasn't expecting too much coming here, but was pleasantly surprised. Beds were comfortable and showers were good too. The managers were very friendly and the cleaning service did a good job. Definitely a place to stay if you want to travel on a budget.
