American Motel

This motel has been there for me numerous times. I like the service and staff very much. The other have a positive mark on my stays here when I'm in this area. Friendly people with many amenities near by. Just make sure you have a dollar cash for the key when you stay here. You get the dollar when you return the key when you check out. I like the balconies to go and look out on. Thank you for your hospitality, I really appreciate you when I'm around this area.

The rooms are disgusting 🤢. We found a huge dead rat that had been there a while. When we got moved to another room after being treated awful for even saying anything about the rat we found, a huge roach was climbing up the wall behind my husband. When we talked to the older blonde lady she treated us horrible and threatened to kick us out because the room we disgusting. She tried to downgrade us room as well and not give us the difference and money back. Called us liers and marked us as unable to come back. The bathroom doors where rotting away from water damage. The hallways smell like something is dying in them. The night we were there there was to police rades in two different rooms. People walking around try open doors and asking for drugs. They where very disrespectful about my husband service dog as well even with her papers. I have never been treated so badly before or been so uncomfortable. The bed are disgusting you better off sleeping outside then this hotel. 🪳🐀😷🤧🤮🤢💉💊⚠️

Thank you for your hospitality. I moved to Denver from Memphis over 20 years ago and just learned that Elvis stayed here once upon a time. I'm betting the view out the windows was spectacular back then! That's all for now. Thanks again staff of the American....you will be missed.

needs someone who cares.. Who has a 3 million dollar tax right off or needs to lose 3+million ... So it can be renovated from top to bottom. If not swing a wrecking ball through it. And turn it into a parking lot Hopefully sooner than better.. the condition that is in ....!!!! Leaves the doors wide open for trouble Regards John Anthony Aragon

Room was never vacuumed cat litter all over floor. Room was outdated by 40 years except frig-microwave and toilet..clean property no morning coffee.

I believe this is a common residence for the unhoused. I gave the service 3 stars because anyone willing to work here must be very brave. Look elsewhere and pay the higher price.

Worst experience ever . An accidental booking of a king sized made it difficult to sleep with my work and employees in one bed . They refused to help

I was in the room all of 3 minutes and crashed as soon as my head hit the pillow... Best night of sleep I've head in... Years, honestly. This was the most comfortable bed I think I've ever met, no back pain or joint aches which is a daily thing for me. I had no issues with noise or anything else. Looking forward to breakfast shortly.
