No microwaves. No extras at all! No breakfast! No coffee! Room was too small for 2 beds. Heater didn't work. That's all I got to say about that! Lucky for us it was just one night

I have been staying in this motel since January & for 3 weeks of that time I did not have a microwave or a refrigerator that I was paying to have. There wasn’t any accommodation giving to me for that inconvenience. The TVs color was as going out and on TOP of all that THEY HAVE ROACHES. so today March 2nd I’m checking out cause I’m tired of the filth of the motel. Cigarettes butts all over the property. They are trying to tell me I can’t get a refund because I agreed to a rate that I didn’t even sign my name on. Regardless if a person wants to leave you don’t get to keep their money for services you are not giving them. That’s not how you conduct business 0/10 do not recommend. Then had the nerve to say the $470 a week is a deal because the rooms are really $900 a week. A roach infested room $900 a week. A lot of nerve you have. Do not come here because if you do not finish your stay cause they will keep your money.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Motel 6 in Lakeland, FL. The experience was nothing short of horrific, and I feel compelled to share the details. Filthy Conditions Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that cleanliness was not a priority. The rooms were filthy, with splatters of residue on the walls and floors that had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Pest Infestation To make matters worse, the room was infested with roaches. This is unacceptable for any establishment, especially one that claims to provide lodging for guests. Broken Amenities The amenities were also in disrepair. The TV did not work, and the sink was broken. Additionally, the beds were moldy and appeared to be broken as well, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Lack of Professionalism The level of professionalism and customer service was non-existent. Staff members seemed indifferent to the issues raised by guests and provided no assistance or solutions. Unsafe Environment Furthermore, the railings and balcony were not level or safe. This poses a significant risk to guests who may be using these areas. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this location to run far away and keep their money. A night spent in your car in the middle of the desert would be a better option than enduring such deplorable conditions. Definitely does not deserve one star.

Wish I could give a zero. My family has been staying in motel 6s off and on for 7 yrs as we travel from Ohio to FL & back every few years, and THIS MOTEL 6 WAS THE WORST I'VE EVER SEEN!! COCKROACH INVESTED & DIRTY! We took a step in the room, saw the cockroaches crawling around on the floor, turned right back out, and asked for a different room. Checked the 2nd room and SAME EXACT CONDITION! COCKROACHES ALIVE AND CRAWLING FEARLESSLY ACROSS THE FLOOR & THE ROOM WAS DIRTY! We demanded a refund of the $324 we literally just paid 15 minutes before, and the guy behind the desk would not give our money back! We paid for 3 days and didn't even stay 1 minute. The man at the front desk told us that he dropped the cash in the safe and because his manager wasn't in, he couldn't refund us until Monday. WE JUST TALKED TO THE GM ROBERT (HE REFUSED TO GIVE HIS LAST NAME), AND HE REFUSES TO REFUND US OUR CASH! HE CLAIMS HE HAS TO SEND A CHECK IN 2 WEEKS!! I'VE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING!! CONTACTING MOTEL 6 HIGHER UPS & POSSIBLY THE AUTHORITIES.

I was shocked how clean and well kept the rooms were. They remodeled the bathroom toilet and shower along with the sink is beautiful clean and comfortable. I would definitely get another room there 1 day. And the prices was very affordable. Only thing is the beds were super hard and the sheets had burn holes and spotted up bad. I would say they should get more linen and they will be on point. I rather sleep on a hard bed with clean sheets anyday

I wish 0 was a choice. This is easily the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Not only do the photos on the internet deceive you. The staff was inattentive while trying to check in, the grounds aren’t well kept, and the room was a disgusting filthy sad excuse for a room. There was barely an inch of that room that was clean. It took me 30 minutes to find a staff member to even speak to about my concerns. I would never ever return here and don’t recommend it to anyone. The pictures I’ll attach to this review are from the moment I walked into the room, the room they said was clean. Wasted money for sure as I refused to stay here. Please beware!!!

With a business, got two rooms for them to stay in after hours of working. They go to check in and the company and staff claimed the cards weren't working even after we paid, and the money went through. They scammed because they did not have rooms but took our money anyway. It was very frustrating, and I won't recommend this place to anyone because it would be supporting money laundering. ||Disheartening for our employees they had to drive back very late at night.

There needs to be a ZERO option! Not worthy of 1 star!! This guy took our $324 cash for a room for 2 nights which WE NEVER STAYED IN because of the filth and roaches, and would NOT refund us!! Literally 10 minutes after handing him the money, as long as it took for my husband to look into the nasty room and walk back to the office for his refund... and he would NOT refund us, because we paid CASH!! That was over 3 weeks ago and still NO REFUND!! We have since contacted the manager of this store who was an absolute jerk, and he would not refund us either, claiming it's his policy to refund cash payments via a check in the mail, which we NEVER received! We also contacted corporate several times to no avail! Now corporate is claiming they will refund us via PayPal in 3 weeks. HOW BIZARRE IS THAT??!! That is 6 weeks after they took our cash for a room we NEVER STAYED 1 MINUTE IN!!! Highly doubt we'll see that payment. Everytime we call it's a different story. This is the most terrible ran motel business I have ever seen!! Absolute thieves!! I'm contacting the local news. NEVER PAY CASH FOR MOTEL 6 & NEVER EVER STAY AT MOTEL 6 IN LAKELAND, FL!! WE WILL BE CONTACTING THE AUTHORITIES & FILING A REPORT OF THEFT!!
