Royal Inn

Very nice staff, clean smell when I walked in. Didn't see ice bucket or machine. Dingy towels. Limited options in the area, so chose here. Great parking near door.

Cycling across the country 6 times, I've stayed in a lot of cheap motels, but I've never had a problem with bedbugs, until the Royal Inn. My room was totally infested with them. Unfortunately I was dead tired so I didn't notice them biting (although I did notice the sweet-musty smell that I later found out is part of bedbug communication). The welts didn't come out until later in the day, and I counted 164 bites total. Fortunately I found a pharmacy to by cortisone anti-itch cream at my next stop. I called the Royal Inn to try to inform them of their problem so that they could fix it, but I couldn't get through to anyone who spoke English well enough to comprehend what I was saying. At $35 the price was right, but if you choose to stay there, get some assurance that they've had an exterminator in. PS ... I'm going to try to post a photo pf some of my bites.

This place was so disgusting and should be shut down immediately. I went to the owner with my concerns and for a full refund...he grew irate and began cursing. We argued and I decided to leave. I gave the room to someone who could use it because it was no good to me or for me. Dont ever visit this motel you will be highly disappointed! I am furious and will be taking further action!

WiFi is virtually non existent, staff is very unprofessional. Rooms are old with ragged carpet and old t.v. The best thing about this place besides leaving it was the easily accessible parking lot

Holes in the wall, bad odor, horribly stained mattresses, deadbolt doesn't work, hasn't been painted in YEARS. But don't see any bugs and the plumbing appears to work. Yeah.

Better then other places on Quincy, offers wifi but on one my stays found hair on the bed recommend bringing your own sheets, covers, and pillows

Nasty place wanna charge $51.00 for a toilet that didn’t work shower that was broken an let’s not forget the roaches

Poor service Bugs in room last time we stay here ( did i mention POOR SERVICE)
