Didn't stay here due to the Fact the woman on the phone was rude enough to get a gripping out!!! Very piss poor service!! One star,but seems a bit much....

I've got to say I was actually surprised at how great my stay was. It was affordable, quite and very clean. The manager Donnie was amazing. He was very nice and attentive. Always making sure we had clean towels, sheets the basics. I also want to add since I read a previous review. I had NO bed bugs in either of the rooms I stayed in. Would definitely stay there again.

Booked this hotel on Priceline, they said it wld be $150. We aren’t from here and the Florida Vs Tennessee game is happening tonight so everything is $200-$600 a night. We had to come to see my mom at UF hospital. When we got here to check in we were informed they aren’t even on line yet, not taking reservations and we were the third person to come with a booking from Priceline, etc. They were great and accommodating even though they are renovated the place. They gave us a room to stay in that was done. The cost of the rooms are $85 not $150 and they ONLY take CASH at this time. The picture on Priceline and Bookng,com show exactly how the room looks now, down to the bedspread. The owners were great because we were without a room and didn’t know what to do. I always book through Priceline and never have had this issue.

This is on its way to becoming a 5* place as new owner is doing a whole new wonderful makeover here!!. everything is being replaced in the rooms .. everything is being freshly painted and upgraded!!Even the grounds are being tended to ! So excited to have an affordable motel in our area that's affordable as well!! Just booked my son and his fiance a room for the next two weeks... probably will be extending another week or so..we were only going to do one night when we first looked on line..when we arrived .we met the new owners and saw how great it was looking..on the spot changed our minds! New owners of this place are a very nice family and we're very accommodating to our needs.... Friendly.. family atmosphere....close to Waldo's huge flea market,places to eat & shop also close to Gainesville airport!

Bed Bug.I didn't get a chance to Google it yet but I will as I'm curious to what human blood diseases they can carry to next meal. I couldn't figure why I was itching all night. Changed my room and more bed bugs. Had to take all my clothes to laundry mat and wash my stuff in soapy bleach water . No way I was taking these blood suckers home to my wife and kids. I paid for 2 nights and they did not refund me for second night when I didn't even want to even pay for the 1st night

Inexpensive basic bed type motel. It's a bed and shower. They do have small microwave and I believe a phone. Don't look for the frills of breakfast and pool. There's no desk, reading chair, don't believe they have wifi. Door is on the outside facing the parking lot.

If you get in to a bind like we did were both drivers needed rest this is an option. However, i warn you this is far from a 2 star hotel. Serious upgrades were needed 20 years ago. It is however safe and relatively quiet. I just had to imagine myself camping the whole time.

Room is filthy, stained pillows stained bed sheets, roaches, spiders, a/c doesn’t work, TVs are outdated, lack of basic higiene, needs to go out of business! Someone audit this place! Front desk very rude, says there is no WiFi when clearly there is WiFi. It’s a rathole, if i could rate worse than a one star I would. DO NOT GO HERE RIP OFF, THE OWNER OBVIOUSLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE GUESTS HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!
